The host is super friendly. The decor of the house was inspired by the Athens music scene. The record player and records were an added bonus! Retro furniture, comfortable beds and super clean. We loved the big backyard and the back porch. Only a mile walk to downtown and close to stores.

Amazing Home

Awesome home close to UGA. Everything you need for a stay in Athens. Great patio, backyard, cool decorations, lots of space, parking. Hone is walking distance to downtown and Prince street. Loved our stay!

UGA graduation

Great little home for graduation weekend. Good location to UGA - easy mile walk to stadium and Stegman. Very clean and comfortable beds. Loved the welcome basket as well! Yard is huge and great if you wanted to bring your fur babies.

Love this place!

The moment we pulled in and opened the gate we felt at home. The house was perfect and very comfortable. Love the “old school” feel; goes well with the Athens vibe. Joel and Dana were great hosts and even made sure to stock the fire pit before we arrived. We will be back again.

Really great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this really cool house! It was immaculate and stocked with everything one could possibly need. There was even a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco! We will definitely be booking this home again. The only downfall is the surrounding properties seemed a little shady.
