By The Big House - 3bd/1.5bth, 1 mile to dwntwn

Welcome to Ann Arbor! This updated historic home, with 3 bed/1.5 bath is perfect for a family or friends get-away. It is close to the University of Michigan, UM hospital, the Big House & Crisler Center, or for the very best landmarks, restaurants and night spots the city has to offer. It has plenty of off street parking and is just steps away from Michigan Stadium & Crisler Center. Book now!

Enjoy this private house convenient to Michigan Stadium, U of M and downtown Ann Arbor. It has ample off-street parking in back, is well appointed, and three bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, updated kitchen (full size refrigerator in basement), dining room, basement laundry area with washer/dryer and large covered front porch.. Ring outdoor security cameras monitor the exterior doors.

Guests will have full access to the first & second story, basement half bath and washer/dryer. NOTE: owner's have some stored belongings in the basement out of the way. We would appreciate that you not disturb these items. The remainder of the house is yours to enjoy!

Guests have use of the house 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so no need to fuss with keys!

It's unlikely you will see me during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have any questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I'll be quick to respond.

The home is residential area on a busier street, but close to the very best Ann Arbor has to offer. Great stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area and enjoy your home away from home!

Taxis are available anytime, but I prefer Uber which is a private driver service. You'll find instructions for getting a coupon for first ride in the information book. Rental scooters and bikes are available around the city with downloaded app. Also, the public bus stops down the street every 20 minutes. The Big House (Michigan Stadium) and Crisler Center are 500 feet away. Enjoy your stay!

You can’t get a better location for graduation than this house. And the house is appropriately decorated in blue and maize. It was exactly what we needed for entire family!

This house was supper cute. It was extremely clean and in a great location that was within walking distance to all kinds of great restaurants and shops! Huge parking lot in the back! Would definitely stay at this location again!

Great place to stay

We decided to rent this house because all the hotels were booked for the football weekend. We actually liked it better than all the other hotels that jacked up their rates over three times there normal amounts for the weekend. We were able to go to the game just 50 yards from the Big House. Loved it there and the rates were the regular price. Thank you for the great experience!

This house is exceptional

This was one of my best rentals ever. The house was very well appointed and the location was ideal for the many things that we did in the area. The communication and detail from the property manager made the planning seamless. This house is perfect for a group or family visit to Ann Arbor.

Wonderful stay for summer art show

My female family members and l recentlyI rented Janice’s home for a stay near the U of M campus. The home was clean and looked just as presented in the pics. Comfortable home in Ann Arbor

This charming older home was the perfect place for my sisters and I to meet up for a girl's weekend. We enjoyed the interesting restaurants and shopping nearby, and the home was great for just hanging out and catching up -- clean and comfortable with modern kitchen and bath. Lovely large windows throughout the house, with good shades/ curtains for privacy from the street and neighbors when needed. Janice was a communicative host and check in and check out were straightforward and no fuss. We really enjoyed our stay!

Unbelievable location for U of M Ann Arbor Stay

My son and I stayed at this house for a couple days for a recruiting trip to Michigan. "Close to the Big House" is an understatement. It was literally three houses down from the Big House. You could easily walk there or two the baseball/softball fields. The house is very clean and is Maize and Blue throughout. There is a very small fridge but enough for a few day stay. All of the rooms are clean and the heat worked well for us. The communication from the owner was great...entry into the place was easy. I would absolutely stay here again if I went to Ann Arbor for a stay. Easy five star review...
