Would you like to wake up in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest and sip coffee on your sunny back porch while you are planning your day? You can start by swimming in the pool located on the property. Within 5 minute walk or a free trolley ride there are two lap pools at the Athletic club, sandy beach at the pond or a several swimming holes in the local rivers. Only a few steps away there is recreation center which offers daily activities and camps for children and adults. Even if it rains there is plenty to do.
You can hike or bike right from your condo. Hikes range from an easy stroll to scaling 4000 foot mountains. If you like tennis there are 16 clay courts available. For golfers there is 9 hole golf course. Finally take a stroll to Town Square and listen to music, watch the theater show or shop in one of the local stores. Have dinner in one of the local restaurants either overlooking the pond or the river.
You can have all of this when you rent this three bedroom condominium in Waterville Valley. The condominium sleeps 8 – 10. Two families can share. Kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Other amenities include two bathrooms, large deck and washer and drier.

Happy with our stay

Perfect property for our extended family. We could not fit everyone in our nearby condo, so this unit worked out great. We mainly were there just to sleep - beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Would be happy to rent again.

Nice place and good location

The condo was a good price for what it offered. It was very warm when we arrived but the host graciously supplied an extra fan upon request. There were some minor cleanliness and supply issues but the host quickly remedied them. It was the perfect location for our hiking plans and we had an enjoyable stay there.

As advertised. place was spacious and well located in a condo community. There was one unavoidable minor situation, and the host was quick to respond and rectify. Check in was easy and although we did not explore all the amenities, they were plentiful. Close to Hiking trailheads and Lincoln for awesome dining.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in Waterville Valley. The check in process was easy. We were working remotely for a few hours each day and the wifi speeds supported Team Meetings. The kitchen was spacious and had the necessary amenities to cook our meals during our stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

More like Glamping

Overall okay for the price but…. No TV even though a beautiful 60in flat screen was in the pics. They didn’t have cable so TV was useless unless you brought your own DVD’s. Typical things in the kitchen where not here. Salt/pepper, dish liquid, wine corkscrew. Appliances worked though and while the glasses where minimal they suffice. Beds where comfortable, walls on the bare side felt like they had just moved out and left just enough to “glamp”. Grill was nice and you can’t beat Waterville valley and the location of the condo. We had a great time and would rent it again but let your guests know about some of the missing items above as with kids a working TV is a key especially is your renting for a week and have kids!

Wonderful stay

Can’t say enough good things about Waterville Valley. Great size, great decor, great view, great host.Barbara was great host , appreciate everything you done. Everything you need for a getaway. Good hiking and nice view .Kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed to cook indoors and outside on the gas grill. All the other rooms perfectly equipped as well, washer-dryer, nice deck chairs and outside dining table, fire pit with wood, the list goes on. We are already thinking about our next trip.
