30' motorhome on private setting.

Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site and a gas grill. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.
A well behaved dog is welcome. Must be friendly toward children and other dogs.

We absolutely loved our long weekend here. Cameron greeted us upon arrival and immediately made us feel like we had made a great choice. The location is close to Empire and Traverse City, but far enough away that it was very tranquil. Cameron and his family were very nice. We had plenty of space, and the full bathroom inside the barn was a nice addition. We didn't have time to use the fire pit, but that was a nice touch as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun here. :) the host was welcoming and communicated effectively. When we had questions they were answered efficiently. Such a fun little slice of up north. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and well stocked.

super easy check in, very clean and quiet place. exactly what we needed. the power went out due to a storm, but the owner was very communicative in asking if we were okay and giving us a eta of when it would come back on. would recommend, would stay again!

This was the perfect spot for our trip to the Boats on the Boardwalk boat show. Our host Cameron was super friendly and helpful and the RV was spotless as was the stand alone bath in the pole barn!!! We’re going to book again for next year!

This place was an excellent choice. The host was so friendly and quick to respond if you need anything or have any questions. The place is so clean and the property was so relaxing. It was extremely easy to find. I wish we had had more time to stay there. We will definitely stay there again if we make it back up that way. If anyone is looking for a quiet relaxing location to stay at, this is the place.

Squeaky clean luxury motor home in a beautiful private setting. The bonus room with separate bathroom was especially nice to have. The location is very rural but was perfect for us as it is about halfway between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes Natl Park. We really enjoyed our time at this property!
