2 bed, 2 bath first floor condo unit in Asheville Racquet Club community. King size bed in master bedroom, queen size in 2nd bedroom, both with high quality memory foam mattresses. Washer & dryer in unit, private deck/balcony, wood burning fireplace, lots of storage. All 4 walls do not adjoin any other unit. Plenty of off-street parking. Outdoor pool, tennis courts, and gym right out back.
Platinum-level access to the Asheville Racquet Club included. This includes access to both this (Asheville South) and downtown locations with 46 combined indoor/outdoor tennis courts, gym, fitness center, group fitness classes, childcare, and indoor/outdoor pools.
The community is located on a quiet street off of Hendersonville Rd. Convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea trail. 5-to-10-min drive to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Within walking distance to dining, shopping, and a movie theater.
