The 1st floor features a fully equipped kitchen seating 20 around the custom-built farm style table, two full size refrigerators for added convenience. This space is open to the huge 24’ x 27’ living room- perfect for craft groups and family gatherings. The living room offers a beautiful gas fireplace, 46' flat screen TV, couch, love seat and chaise lounge. From cooking with your favorite family chefs, circling around the table as a family or telling your favorite stories in front of the fireplace you are sure to enjoy the opportunity to be together. Spice it up and spend the evening or rainy day in the lower level, custom designed rec room. Play a game of pool, shoot a game of darts or watch your favorite home team on the big screen. There is something for everyone here at Austin Dune Beach Club.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The first floor includes a beautifully furnished screened in porch off the living room, a sunroom off the kitchen area and massive wrap around porch with private patio in the back. Cook up a BBQ and enjoy the privacy of your own back yard. Great for yard games. Venture up to the unique screened observation tower on the third floor overlooking the beautiful Beachwalk Resort community and Lake Kai.

Austin Dune Beach Club and Bailey's Cabana rent with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
