Good stay in Moraira
We have enjoyed our stay in the house of Joël. The house is new, clean, and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good airconditioning ad a private pool, and 7 minutes drive to Moraira and the beaches. Joël was a very kind host, and very accurate.

4 weeks relaxing, comfortable stay in a spacious villa
The 3 bedroom gated property was all at ground level surrounded by a large garden (ideal for our dog) and space for several cars. It was clean and tidy with a wide range of appliances and bits and bobs to make our stay comfortable. A big thankyou to Joel (the owner) for being on hand to help with any questions or queries we had. The property doesn't have an electric car charger but Joel was happy for us to plug in to a domestic socket.
A pleasant 1km walk away are some restaurants and an excellent local supermarket. We always drove to the beaches as these were a little further away.
Overall, a great 4 weeks.

Bienvenue !
Que dire de ce séjour de 3 semaines qui, de fait, aurait pu se révéler quasi parfait à l’aune de certaines locations. Un bémol cependant au niveau d’une vue panoramique quelque peu dégradée, corrompue, du fait d’un vis-à-vis tout à fait inopportun. Néanmoins, une végétation luxuriante et des paysages typiques, parfaitement intégrés à la villa et distincts depuis la terrasse, en atténue fortement les conséquences
En résumé, l’on peut dire que nous avons affaire là à une location « propre en ordre » – un helvétisme qui a toute sa signification - tout à fait intéressante à plus d’un titre (décoration intérieure simple mais de bon goût et rationnellement disposée, agencement de la cuisine quasi exhaustif, literie de qualité etc…, etc…
Pour le surplus, les propriétaires sont des hôtes attentifs et accortes qui de par leur discrétion et leur disponibilité font de cet hébergement un bon plan.

P.S. : un forfait pour le chauffage serait tout à fait indiqué pr limiter des frais supplémentaires et responsabiliser les vacanciers « indélicats » (eh oui, ça existe).

Endroit idilique
Belle petite villa avec piscine, propriétaire très gentil et de bon conseil.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette petite maison meublée sobrement avec goût et bien équipée. Contrairement au commentaire précédent, la maison était très propre à notre arrivée.

¿Repetiría? ... No
La casa en general no está mal, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Cobran 150€ por la limpieza pero el primer día tuvimos que ir a comprar bayetas, estropajos y desinfectante y ponernos a limpiar la casa,el menaje de cocina y las cosas de fuera, porque estaba todo "muy sucio" por no usar otra palabra. La televisión es por satélite y no coge ningún canal de España. Tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa, pero si lo usas lo tienes que pagar aparte. No la recomendaría.

Je suis très surpris de cette mauvaise appréciation concernant la propreté de la maison. La maison a pourtant bien été nettoyée par la même personne qui fait le ménage habituellement et je n’ai jamais eu de mauvaise critique sur l’etat de la maison que j’ai visité avant l’ arrivée des locataires et qui était parfaitement propre. Cependant je fais remonter l’information à mon équipe de nettoyage.
En ce qui concerne la consommation électrique de la climatisation, celle-ci était bien prévue au contrat que le locataire a approuvé.
