The villa is located in a private driveway with parking spaces.
The entrance opens onto the living room and its open kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a large curved screen TV, connected to the internet, allowing access to your Web services (free internet and WiFi) The kitchen is equipped with new and high-end household appliances (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine). Large bay windows (sliding inside the walls) thus open the interior space on the exterior living space (100 m2 terrace). In the kitchen, an arbor shelters a table and chairs for your meals in the shade of the canisses.
On either side of the living space are 2 parental suites of approximately 20 m2 each. For your comfort, each suite is air conditioned and has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, WC, and large closet. The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed surrounded by a platform and an armchair (quality and new bedding).
