Cozy apartment newly renovated as elegant as home. It has a separate bedroom with double bed and also a double sofa-bed in the living room with TV, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen with all necessary utensils, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots, juicer , and of course a wide cutlery, glasses and cups.
It comes with bedding, towels and toiletries (soap, shower gel and shampoo)
There is a Irons for clothes, ironing board, and hair dryer.
It has a capacity for 4 people
The building has lift

The apartment is located in a quiet street, but in turn is located in the Malasaña neighborhood (city center), next to the popular Calle Fuencarral, this being a very busy area with many bars, restaurants and boutiques.

The nearest metro is 2 minutes walking to my apartment, is the metro station "San Bernardo" (1 stop of Plaza de España, 3 stops of Ópera, Palacio Real and 4 stops of "Sol", Plaza Mayor, all in the same line of metro)
There are also several bus lines

For the stay, you must give me in concept the deposit € 150, when the stay is finished and everything in the apartment is good, I refund the money (€ 150)

Wonderful host and nice location!

Consuelo is a nice host and was there to welcome us. She made sure that things went smoothly for us. The house is as described and in a great location close to all the major attractions. We will definitely stay there again. It was nice meeting you Consuelo and Thank you!

Modern flat in a lovely building in a great location.

This is a modern, clean and quiet flat very close to several metros and ideal for a few days as a base in Madrid. The city centre is easily reached by walking through interesting Malasana or by a main shopping street. There are loads of restaurants, (recommend booking on a Saturday ) bars and supermarkets close by . The very friendly owner was there to greet us and obviously takes pride in her flat and took time to explain things. Worth a journey out of Madrid ,easy cheap train to Aranjuez.

Bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans le cartier Chamberi. L'appartement est petit mais très propre et fonctionnel. L'emplacement est parfait près de la belle rue Fuencarral. Consuelo nous a prodigué de bons conseils et, en cas d'urgence, elle répond très rapidement. Seul bémol, le lit principal est petit pour 2 personnes. Nous avons dû utiliser le divan-lit. En résumé, une belle adresse et un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Un apartamento agradable

Consuelo nos ha recibido como si nos conociéramos de siempre. Nos dio pautas, consejos, etc... para facilitar nuestra estancia en Madrid. El apartamento está muy cuidado y lleno de detalles. Céntrico, agradable y práctico. Segurament repetiremos en próximas visitas a la capital del reino.

Alojamiento correcto en el Centro de Madrid

Se trata de un apartamento muy pequeño. Dispone de básicos necesarios. Edificio en rehabilitación de zonas comunes.

Wonderfull experience!!

The apartment is newly renovated, so it's not like the pictures, everything is new, very clean, I loved the decor, the bed is very comfortable and the wifi works very good. The location is excellent, the metro station is 1 minute walking, in the heart of Malasaña and 10 minutes from downtown, only include the attention of the owner, very friendly and attentive.

Muy recomendable

El piso me ha encantado, la dueña lo ha redecorado y está precioso, todo nuevo, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Está en una zona muy tranquila, la cama muy cómoda. A dos minutos andando del metro y cerca de los puntos turísticos más importantes.

Great!

The apartment is perfect for a few days, it's closer to the many interesting touristic, restaurant, shops, and it's to 5 minutes walking the city center, in the same malasaña. The flat is very quiet, very clean, and with all necessary.

Estuve durante 5 días en el apartamento de Consuelo y fue una estancia muy buena, tiene un trato muy agradable y siempre dispuesta a facilitar lo que pudieramos desear. El piso es pequeño pero ideal para una pareja. Muy limpio y con todo a estrenar.
