Family-Friendly, Florida Theme Parks Getaway!

Come stay at this beautiful, kid-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a full kitchen. The condo is on the top floor and is conveniently located in a gated community approximately five miles (~8 km) from Disney World's west entrances. Sea World and Universal Studios are also a short drive away, Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away, and famous Florida beaches are an hour away. Not only is the area close enough for a quick drive to Disney World, but there are also a multitude of restaurants, shops, golf courses, and grocery stores close by. In the Villas at Island Club complex, there are two shared pools, a tennis court, a playground, and a workout room for all to enjoy during their visit. One pool is right across the parking lot from the condo.
For Disney fans, the kid’s bedroom has two twin-sized beds and is appropriately decorated in the décor of Disney’s favorite mouse…Mickey Mouse! You can’t help but smile as the décor will please those of all ages! There are two folding strollers, two pack-n-plays, and a high chair available for use, so even your tiny ones can be comfortable.
The master bedroom and bathroom have an attached second-floor porch with enough room to eat a meal on the patio set while listening to the sounds of the adjacent forest.

My family and I are fans of Florida and are excited to share our condominium with others. We currently reside in Colorado and have enjoyed staying at other properties within VRBO.

Why they chose this property

I understand the challenges of finding accommodations when travelling with three children. Sleeping arrangements in hotel rooms can be difficult, and with 5 people travelling, hotels don't often provide enough beds and space for a family to be comfortable while away from home. We have worked hard to share our home with others while they are on the road. We try to make the accommodations affordable, safe, and comfortable. Our condo is located within a gated community and is located on the second floor of a two story building. There are two pack-and-play portable cribs in the condo along with a high chair and a stroller. One of the guest rooms has two twin beds and has a Mickey Mouse theme. The second guest room has a comfortable queen sized bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony located on the back which has an outdoor table and overlooks Florida's forest in the open space. The accommodations are quiet and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

Within the condo is a washer and dryer available for use. Though many don't think about laundry while on vacation, the washer and dryer allow for washing clothing while on long stays or cleaning children's clothing. Guests will need to provide their own laundry detergent.
