Generously sized apartment

It is a large apartment, suitable for family and friends. Separate bed rooms for kids allow privacy and space to relax. Two separate bathrooms allow a larger groups to stay comfortably. The apartment is allocated centrally between vaporetto and the beach.

Nice flat in Lido de Venecia

A big and clean flat. 10 min to the beach. 10 min to vapareto station. 1 min to super makes. I would like to come back.

Even though, the owners were quite nice, we didin t see them because of their holidays, only one kind cleaning lady. The main disadvantages of this flat are the following : - No air conditioning - Therefore you have to have to open the windows (and there are mosquitos outside, so you can t turn the light on in the flat in the evening if you don t want to have them inside) - unfortunately there is a restaurant just below the flat, that is extremely noisy, with final closing between 11h30 p.m and 2 a.m. - Moreover the internet provided is very weak All in all, this is a quite expensive price for such a low service level provided, even though we speak about Lido di Venezia. Unless there will not be air conditioning, much more strict rules for this restaurant for the closing hours and real good interent provided, we will NEVER come back in this flat. We are sorry for this negative statement, but we feel responsible for others travellers Kind regards Dominique

In order to answer the disadvantages that has been listed, I can say: 1) as everyone can verify, in the web site of my property, I never (absolutely never) wrote that my property is served with air conditioned... may be next summer; 2) in Italy, when you are at the seaside in summertime (may be it's because of the "global warming"?), it's pretty hot and you can see some mosquitos; 3) some of my hosts have considered the restaurant just below the flat, a great advantage, in any case, I gave the restaurant much more strict rules for the closing hours; 4) the internet connection has been improved in the last weeks.

Vacanza da sogno

Siamo tornati anche quest'anno al Lido di Venezia e memori della fantastica esperienza dell'anno precedente Abbiamo soggiornato anche questa estate presso casa rossa di Caterina che si è confermata Un'ottima soluzione per noi e i nostri tre figli. La casa è ampia con spazi sapientemente Creati per ospitare anche per lunghi periodi famiglie numerose Ottima la posizione rispetto all' imbarcadero di Santa Maria Elisabetta e al ferry boat spiagge a 5 minuti a piedi e tutti gli esercizi commerciali a portata di mano ....semplicemente perfetta!!!!

Schöne Wohnung, extrem nette Vermieterin

Wir sind als sechsköpfige Familie (vier Kinder zwischen 11 Monaten und 7) und einer Oma angereist und haben uns in der Wohnung seeeehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit Kindern ideal gelegen und bietet viel Platz. In Zeiten der Klimakrise waren wir auch trotz verschwitzter Nächte froh, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Konstant wehte ein zauberhafter Hauch von Oleanderblühten durch die geöffneten Fenster. Es war traumhaft! Caterina ist eine unglaublich fürsorgliche und herzliche Vermieterin und hat sich um alles wunderbar gekümmert. Für uns nicht schlimm, aber doch evtl gut zu wissen: nicht alle Zimmer haben Türen. Sowohl zu den Vaporetti-Stationen als auch zum Strand ist es je nur ein Katzensprung, es gibt mehrere Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I was very happy to host this beautiful family, in the house where I too was with my three children! They had 4 and there was also a grandmother; a family very kind and polite, I hope I can still have them as guests! It was all very easy and we understood each other right away!

Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, der Empfang sehr freundlich. Die Lage zum Vaporetto und zum Strand sehr nahe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sympathisch, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig.

Très bien situé entre la gare maritime et la plage, spacieux et propre. Quartier calme (lors de notre séjour le restaurant qui se situe juste au rez-de-chaussée était fermé sinon pas certain sur la quiétude) Pas de climatisation donc fenêtres ouvertes et beaucoup de moustique

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung in der Nähe der Hauptstrasse.

Wir haben mit zwei Kindern unseren Urlaub auf dem Lido verbracht. Für uns war die Wohnung genau richtig. Die Kinder hatten Platz und sowohl Strand wie Geschäfte und Boote sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Great stay and fantastic location

We stayed here between the 30th July and 13th August 2017 (family of 6 Adults and 2 Children) Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the island, 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main street and main water bus stop. The restaurant below was a benefit in my eyes, it was not noisy but served the best fish we tasted all holiday accompanied by the best and cheapest wine! The apartment has everything you could need. It comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children with two themed children's rooms which ours loved. CONSIDERATIONS Some rooms do not have doors and could benefit from a curtain at least. Not a major issue for us but something to consider. Air-conditioning. We knew the apartment had no air-conditioning but unfortunately for us we were hit by heatwave "Lucifer" so outside temps exceeded 37 degrees. Temperatures in the apartment were higher and made it a little uncomfortable at times. Something to consider should you be used to the cold UK weather! We would definitely return. The LIDO is a beautiful place with fantastic beaches and a retreat from the busy island of Venice.

Wohnung sehr schön, Lokal darunter bis 2Uhr Früh extrem laute Musik gespielt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings konnten wir keine Nacht vor 2 Uhr schlafen da im Lokal darunter extrem laut Musik gespielt wurde. Erst bis die Rollläden runter gelassen wurden kehrte Nachtruhe ein.

the property and service from caterina and alla was brilliant. the house was clean and comfortable but a little too "open plan" As some of the bedrooms didnt have doors which led to some inadvertant nudity.!! We were a particularly large group so its understandable but to be honest i loved the place and would hire it again anytime. grazie x

Ambiente familiare, luminosa, tranquilla

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per due notti il 20 e 21 novembre, ultimi due giorni della Biennale di Venezia. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e vicinissima ai vaporetti. Le stanze sono pulite e arredate con buon gusto, in cucina non manca nulla. Caterina, la proprietaria ci ha fornito una piccola dispensa con i consigli sui luoghi da non perdere, musei da visitare e Chiese. Ottime le Osterie tipiche veneziane che ci ha consigliato.
