You will have 2 beautiful terraces in the green with hammock, garden furniture and dining area.
A very well equipped kitchen, living room, lounge with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with closet.
A real cozy little nest!near a large beach, very nice.

1 secure parking space, and gd parking nearby.
2 steps away, several huts, to drink a pot or have a meal at sunset, or go to sip a delicious cocktail in the night.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, agréable et joliment décoré, d'ailleurs les artistes des toiles y participants, ne manquent pas de talent. La terrasse, même si elle ne donne pas sur la mer, est très plaisante avec comme seul vis à vis la nature. Merci pour l'accueil de la propriétaire fort sympathique et discrète. Nous avons passé un bien plaisant séjour avec la plage si proche.

Appartement excellent mais proche d une boite de nuit!

L appartement est spacieux,très propre ,climatisé,5 mn a pied de la plage avec accès handicap.Par contre nous avons peu dormi une boite de nuit a ciel ouvert fonctionne de 23 h a 6 h du matin ce que nous ignorions( cf par la mairie ce jour)Donc a déconseiller si vous voulez du la nuit,le jour tout est ok.Vu le prix des nuits on est en droit d avoir du silence .

Un appartement très agréable

L'appartement, décoré de façon zen, propose un grand salon aux allures de jardin d'hiver, extrêmement agréable, ouvert sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur les arbres. Grâce à la climatisation, son agencement pratique, et sa propreté irréprochable, on s'y sent très vite bien. Il est situé à deux pas de la plage et d'un petit centre commercial bien pratique. Notre hôtesse Nathalie était charmante...

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux, en particulier le salon, décoré avec goût. Les terrasses sont très agréables. Il est très bien placé par rapport à l'accès à la plage, quelques commerces ne sont pas très loin. La proximité du parking publique ne génère pas de nuisance. Points positifs : - spacieux - climatisation - accès internet - terrasses - accès plage et commerces basiques - parking (indispensable à la GM) - linge et draps fournis (même si ce n'est pas écrit clairement dans l'annonce) - Propriétaire très facilement joignable et disponible) Points négatifs : - quelques finitions électriques en mauvais états (certains fils sont dénudés) - télévision hors service - proximité de la boite de nuit (nuisance sonore) - cours d'eau juste en dessous des terrasses = moustiques nombreux
