Relax e bel panorama!!!!
La villetta a schiera è molto carina, in pieno stile sardo, l'unica pecca è che dà l'impressione di essere lasciata a sé stessa, trascurata, però la posizione è lodevole, dal patio esterno si gode di una splendida vista del golfo dell'asinara e di capo falcone, come anche dalla finestra della camera matrimoniale. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile come anche l'assistente che ci ha aiutato in loco, grazie ancora di tutto!!!

Contrariamente a quanto lascerebbe intendere il commento della nostra gentile ospite qui sopra, terrei a segnalare che ogni anno facciamo lavori di manutenzione, riparazioni varie e rimpiazziamo tutto quello che non funziona più, ad esempio: rifacimento tettoia parcheggio quest'anno, lavapiatti comprata nuova anno scorso, impermeabilizzazione tetto e persiane piano di sopra anno scorso, bagno rifatto nuovo 2 anni fa, giardiniere che passa regolarmente, ...
Chiaramente tutto è perfettibile e la casa non è nuova, ma "trascurata e lasciata a se stessa" mi sembra una definizione poco oggettiva che non rende giustizia delle sue condizioni reali e delle sue qualità.
