If you're looking for a fully renovated beach home with all the amenities you'll need for an unforgettable Isle of Palms vacation, then get ready to book your next getaway at 3705 Cameron Blvd! This amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is only a block to the beach, with a great location in a tranquil neighborhood near the Isle of Palms Marina.

There's nothing like staying at a vacation rental that's been recently updated, and we're here to tell you that this home is full of new features to add that extra bit of luxury to your vacation! Upgrades include all new mattresses, new cushy living room furniture including sleeper sofa purchased in Jan 2024, an electric fireplace, new cookware, a gas grill, and new refrigerator. When you come to stay at this little beach bungalow, you'll be getting a quality experience!

The home welcomes you with a spacious, screened-in porch, furnished with rocking chairs and an outdoor dining set. Take your morning coffee out in the coastal breeze or gather with your fellow vacationers for an outdoor dinner at sunset. From here you'll enter the home, and you'll be greeted by the living area, brightly colored in shades reminiscent of the ocean and beachy décor. The living area offers plush seating, with a fun patterned chair and a sleeper sofa that can fold out into a queen. Here you can relax and take advantage of the TV's smart features and stream your favorite shows, or just chat with your guests by the warmth of the electric fireplace.

This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, with a pleasing aesthetic and lots of utility, with spacious countertops and high-quality stainless-steel appliances, including a coffee maker! A wooden dining table can seat around five guests, giving you a place to take your meals inside, from quick breakfasts to sit-down dinners. The laundry is also conveniently located just off the kitchen, and a shared full bathroom.

Two bedrooms in this home make it the perfect size for vacations with family or celebratory getaways with your friends. The first bedroom offers two twin beds, while the second offers a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV with smart capabilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi makes connecting your devices easy!

Outside, you'll find a spacious lawn where you can toss around a frisbee while using the gas BBQ grill to whip up lunch after a trip to the beach. This home also has an outdoor beach shower, making it easy to rinse off after a day on the sand!

This home is dog friendly. 1 dog is considered with a $250 pet fee, applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty and under 50lbs. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Sweet Beach Getaway Spot
My mom, myself, and my adult daughter spent a lovely relaxing weekend together here. We found the home to be welcoming and clean, with comfortable furnishings and a fabulous large front porch. The beach is a little walk through the neighborhood and across the dunes. We were able to find a few larger beautiful shells on the beach, and enjoyed several hours relaxing by the ocean. The beach was not over populated in peak hours, and mornings we had it to ourselves. It is a dog friendly beach :-) Isle of Palms is a great location, and we found several seafood restaurants nearby as well as breakfast options. We did no cooking on our getaway, but we did use the fridge and coffee maker. There were adequate dishes and cookware if you are planning to cook. We would consider staying here again!

Loved this Cute Beach house!
The location of this house is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The check in process was a breeze, took less than 5 minutes. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. No issues at all, the neighborhood was very quiet and the location was perfect with just a short drive into Charleston. Highly recommend!

Nice place to chill. We weren't using the house for eating so don't really know about how well stocked it is, nor were we looking for the latest technology. We did run short on laundry detergent and had to buy kleenix.

Vacation Stay
The property was just as listed, 1 block from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family vacation. Only downside is that it would benefit from a good cleaning. I realize it's a busy season, but more attention to cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms would do a lot of good. Great vacation though, and really no major complaints.

Perfect stay!
We had a wonderful vacation at this property! We were traveling with two small kids, and the location was absolutely ideal for an easy walk to the beach with them. The house was super clean and comfortable. The porch was wonderful to hang out on. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen supplies made it super easy. We've been coming to IOP for a few years and this was the best place we've stayed. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
