About this property

East Beach Great Studio

Our East beach studio is sweet and comfortable. It is perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The location is ideal, just 2 minutes walking to the beach. It is a very large and sunny studio and has a separate fully stocked kitchen with dining space, large room with Queen bed, awesome TV, separate vanity area, full bathroom with shower/tub and huge walk in closet. We have an outdoor patio around the back that has a BBQ and table and very nice place to relax and enjoy a meal. Its such a nice studio, its a great retreat after a long day enjoying the city! We have everything you need in the neighborhood, you don't even need a car! We have a local market on the corner, the SB Inn across the street that serves food all day, and bike rentals on the next block. The price is right and the location perfect; come see for yourself! The Santa Barbara Airbus has its SB pick up and drop off a block away at the Hyatt, and it is the perfect way to arrive from LAX- its a 3 minute walk and the Airbus is comfortable and affordable. Its a very safe neighborhood and best place to be in Santa Barbara!

Lovely stay, easy location

Clean and cozy home, walking distance to the beach, beautiful walks, a grocery store, and a few restaurants. We had our four year old with us and he enjoyed the playground on the beach as well. Jami is a lovely host, we appreciated her responsiveness when we had questions and her friendliness. Will stay here again!

Perfect little place

This property was just as described and is just a corner turn from the beach. The area is quiet and seemed safe. The owner of the property is highly responsive and helpful with amazing recommendations about things to do/places to eat in the area. I will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfy little studio. It was clean, cozy and super convenient. I appreciate that the place is cleaned with nontoxic cleaning supplies and it smells so fresh and clean. The best beaches were a hop, skip and a jump away. The area is unbeatable. The best part was how friendly and responsive Jami was. She is wonderful!

The apartment is very close to the east beach and in a cute neighborhood. A little farther from downtown area but no big deal if okay with walking/ biking, like we were.

Great location. Walkable to the beach. The parking was easy - there were always one or two parking spots available on the street. Surprisingly quiet - we didn’t hear any neighbors at all and hardly any traffic. The stairs didn’t bother us, but be aware there are 22 steps with no landing - something to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues.As for the space itself, VRBOs tend to fall into two categories, and knowing which you prefer can make all the difference. Some are sleek and minimalist, with only the essentials, and everything matching. Others feel like a well-loved home away from home, stocked with all the little extras previous guests have left behind, a full collection of mismatched mugs and towels, every kitchen tool you could need, random cooking ingredients, and cozy lived-in touches throughout. This property is the second type. If you appreciate character over polish and would rather have too much than too little, this one's for you.

Great apartment and location

This property is steps from the beach and within walking distance to Stearns wharf, State Street, and good restaurants on Milpas Street. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Jami is a wonderful host, very accessible and responsive.

Great weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Gina was very accommodating when we had some last minute travel issues, everything was very clean and the location is amazing! There’s a playground on the beach about a 5 minute walk away, and you can easily get to the bike path and walk to the Funk Zone (it’s about a mile). We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

We loved our VACAY in Santa Barbara. East Beach is just beautiful. Jami is a delightful hostess and even baked us a yummy banana bread. The location is super convenient, just across the street from the beach, an easy walk to the pier and downtown. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

Perfect spot

Great little place. Very quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem finding parking. Studio is upstairs in the back of the property. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, & the pier. It was a perfect getaway for my girlfriend & I.
