Come enjoy the serenity of this peaceful, waterfront property! Nicely decorated year-round home with 5 bedrooms, 1 bath in quiet residential neighborhood. With sandy beach at your doorstep and within easy walking distance of amusement park and downtown restaurants, this beautiful spot features master bedroom with queen bed, full bath, living room, dining area and eat-in kitchen on first floor plus four bedrooms on second floor (1 queen, 1 double and 2 singles). Sleeps up to 8. Access to recently updated on site private tennis/pickle-ball court. Washer and dryer included. Thirty day minimum reservation with preference given to long-term requests. Parking for up to 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. No smoking allowed. Base rate is $375 per night--with significantly discounted monthly, seasonal and yearly rates upon request.
