The property features complete privacy, yet it’s just a 10-minute drive to downtown Los Olivos or Santa Ynez. A perfect location and great for those who like to bike as well. The home has magic to its 4,500 square feet of clean lines and simple elegance. The gourmet kitchen is fully integrated and a central gathering spot. Maximize the views and outdoor space by opening the expansive sliding glass doors.
The private and aesthetically pleasing infinity pool and hot tub are a star gazer’s dream at night and the perfect place to relax after a full day of activity in the Valley. The oversized bedrooms are well appointed with top of the line decor, and plenty of closet space. The good taste and attention paid to detail, inside and out, make RVR Ranch a beautiful place to be.

The house was excellent and we felt right at home when we arrived. The check in process was easily and perfectly communicated by Pam in advance of our arrival. We loved the pool and yard around the house which was perfect for bocce ball and throwing the football when we needed a break from the football.’Kitchen was clean and the appliances worked great allowing us too cool all our own meals for the stay so we didn’t need to leave.Great spot and would recommend for a nice relaxing weekend away!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we arrived Pamela was extremely responsive, making sure we were comfortable, had all we needed and were happy with the property-above and beyond our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable with a view that takes your breath away. This was our yearly family vacation with our three adult children and their families (12 of us) and EVERYONE absolutely had a fabulous time. Thank you Pamela for making our stay the best we’ve had on VRBO!!

If you are looking for a spacious home with breathtaking views surrounded by nature then this is the house for you. We loved it. Our whole family did NOT want to leave. The house was clean and had nice furnishings. The communication was great in advance so communication wasn't even needed once we arrived. (which I like). The AC worked great. The pool was occupied by one of us from sun up until after the sun went down. We had plenty of room for prepping meals and snacks. Thank you for offering this lovely home.

This is a phenomenal location. The house was very beautiful as is the view. Everything worked when we tried it and the details about the house and ideas for activities were very helpful. One suggestion would be more details on using the television. But otherwise this was a great long weekend in Santa Ynez.

We stayed here for a week with three families, 11 people total, and had plenty of room for everyone. The open indoor and outdoor spaces were great for the kids, and the house was conveniently located near several wineries. The view from the pool was beautiful, and we especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms.A few things to be aware of: the spa took longer than expected to heat, and it was difficult to tell whether the heat was actually on. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable throughout the house. A couple of people in our group needed to work during the stay and had to use mobile hotspots. The refrigerator was fairly small for a house that accommodates a large group.Overall, it was a spacious and comfortable home for a multi-family trip, particularly for families with children.
