located between 2 mountains (Sulens and Tournette), this 40 m2 apartment with mountain views will welcome you in the owners' chalet. its access is independent and your vehicle will have its place next to it.
Lovers of winter and summer hikes many marked trails are near the cottage.
a sheltered loggia is at your disposal for meals. the cottage has 2 independent bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
for the summer a small plot of land is next to the chalet for your barbecues.
At 5km you have all the shops, restaurants, activities with the possibility of taking public transport to go either to the resort or to Annecy.

This is a lovely chalet. Very cosy and warm. Large main bedroom upstairs was great. The girls had to share the sofa bed so may not be suitable for all families all

Gîte très agréable

Nous avons passé 5 jours en février pour aller skier à la clusaz. Le gîte est à une 20aine de minutes de la station, très facile d’accès. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et le gîte est confortable et bien équipé, situé dans un cadre très paisible. On a beaucoup apprécié.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der schönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus, sind sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Sie haben uns auch sehr wertvolle Tipps für Wanderungen gegeben. Nous avons passé un temps incroyable dans cette gîte très bien equipé. Les locataires habitent dans la même maison, et ils sont des personnes gentils et serviables. Ils nous ont également donné des recommendations pour nos randonnées.

Charme d'un chalet montagnard

Edmond est accueillant et réactif à la moindre demande. Le logement est appréciable par son côté indépendant bien qu'il se trouve dans le logement principal des propriétaires. Très belles balades à réaliser dans le coin,les conseils d'Edmond nous ont bien aidés ayant 2 enfants dont un en bas âge. Au plaisir.

Parfait comme base pour vos expéditions

Gîte très fonctionnel pour manger et bien dormir. Peut être un peu moins adapté à ceux qui comptent passer beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur, ou ceux à mobilité réduite. Si ce n'est pas votre cas, vous passerez sûrement un très bon séjour, comme nous !
