This new, open concept, sunny, suite is among our most popular rentals. It's central location with a clean, modern design keeps guests coming back year after year. The Winter Street suite is in walking distance to many amenities, including downtown Brunswick, the Topsham Fair Mall, movie theater, and many restaurants. This space has all that you need from in-unit laundry room to high-end appliance. Working remotely? No problem! The suite has high speed wireless internet and a workstation with basic office supplies. The layout is on ground level with low thresholds at the entry and back patio and a curb-less custom-tiled shower, making this the perfect place for guests with mobility challenges.

Guests have access to the entire Unit A suite and a front and back private patio and backyard. The suite is located in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that offers a network of sideways to the Androscoggin River walk, award-winning restaurants in downtown Brunswick, grocery and natural food stores, movies, and department stores.

When checking in at the Winter Street suite you will have all that you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. With a fully equipped kitchen including high-end appliances and linen and bedding to make your stay comfortable, you’ll feel right at home. After a day of exploring Maine's lovely coast, you'll rest well and recharge with room darkening shades.

You can walk anywhere! However, we also offer on-site parking for two vehicles for your driving needs.

Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay.
