About this property
Holiday home near Saint Sauveur
Typical holiday home on the island of Yeu, in the peace of a dirt road. Located on a large plot of 1400 m2, it faces due south. In a few minutes, you will be in Saint Sauveur with its daily market, its shops and its small alleys. The most beautiful beaches of the island are located a few minutes by bike, with direct access from the house by cycle paths. We have been the proud owners for 1 year, and our house is in the process of embellishment.
The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which is upstairs. A large living-dining room benefits from a double North-South exposure, and opens onto the south-facing terrace with 2 bay windows.
The American kitchen is a continuation of the living-dining room, and also overlooks the terrace.
The main part of the garden faces south.
