If you are looking for a quiet villa 5 minutes walk from the famous Cala d'Andrago with a beautiful sea view, this house awaits you!
This villa enjoys a very privileged location, in a very sought after and wooded area in Moraira
Completely renovated (end of works in April 2019), not dividing, it offers a flexible bed for 6 people, a beautiful Mediterranean garden offering shade and light, a wooded and privileged environment at the bottom of a private impasse. Two cars can be parked on the ground.
A naya, a barbecue area and the proximity of the shops will allow you to spend a pleasant stay.
You can walk in a few minutes to the cove just down the road as well as in the lively bars and restaurants of the cala de l'Andrago, the small shopping center (newspapers, bakery, pharmacy ...) or at the supermarket 800 meters away.

This villa consists of a spacious living / dining room with a sofa bed allowing 2 sleeps, a TV (UK TV and international channels), 2 bedrooms with large closets (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds), a bathroom with toilet and an independent toilet with basin.
A completely new kitchen and very well equipped (oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ...) opens on the living room and dining room.
The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.
The house can be heated in winter for a fee.
A stove will complete this equipment for next winter.
The wifi is free.

The naya offers breathtaking views of the sea, pines and palm trees, as well as the terrace where there is a comfortable garden furniture.
The barbecue area also allows for lunch or dinner under the trees.
Sheets, linen and towels (hotel quality) and beach towels are provided.

What a disappointment!

The villa is in a very quiet residential neighbourhood with partial sea views. It is freshly painted, has a nice driveway and an attractive garden. Inside is a different story to the extent we have lodged an official complaint with VRBO. We booked the villa a year in advance of our stay of 3 weeks in January 2023 on the basis of - to quote from the villa’s site - “completely renovated (end of works April 2019) and “a completely new kitchen and very well equipped.” These statements are totally untrue. The kitchen is the same kitchen that was there in January 2014, some 9 years ago! Same cupboards, fridge, well used and grubby utensils and utensils’ box, rusty dangerous kettle (the steam pours out of the on/off switch where your hand goes.) and a filthy waste bin area. Random grubby and useless items were in the kitchen drawers. The gas hob had one non functioning and alarming ring which we had to avoid. We have supplied VRBO with photographic evidence of all these comments. The site quotes “sheets, linen and towels are hotel quality”. This was not the case - bed linen was thin and of poor quality and we were expected to have the same sheets throughout our 3 week stay as no clean ones were provided until we insisted the cleaner came and unlocked the cupboard the sheets were locked in. No information/instruction folder was to be found on arrival which is essential when trying to settle in to a new home.

Merci pour vos commentaires En réponse à vos remarques : - le guide de la maison est bien sur le site mais vous avez reconnu ne pas avoir regardé sur la bonne conversation. - nous vous confirmons que toute la maison à été rénovée en 2019, nous n'étions pas les propriétaires avant (factures disponibles) - l'électroménager date de la même année et nous remplaçons le matériel si besoin. Nous sommes désolés pour le problème de la bouilloire qui n'avait pas été signalé par les précédents voyageurs, nous en avons mis une neuve dès votre départ - concernant le changement du linge, il s'effectue sur demande comme indiqué dans l’annonce et nous avons tout mis en place gratuitement dès notre échange. Nous sommes désolés pour ces désagréments, nous avons toujours de bons retours de nos voyageurs, et nous mettons tout en œuvre pour les accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Bon retour chez vous

Spotlessly clean modern house close to the sea

We had a great stay in Moraira. the house is lovely and modern. It is exactly as advertised on the pictures and the description. The walk to Moraira is around 15 minutes along the coast. There is is cluster of restaurants at a few minutes walk and a supermarket at walking distance too. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very flexible around our needs to move our dates in the middle of the pandemic. Very happy to recommend this house for a stay in Moraira.
