La casa exteriormente está muy bien: buenas vistas, hamacas, barbacoa y piscina, destacando sobre todo la excelente temperatura de esta última.
Sin embargo, en el interior hay varios aspectos negativos a mejorar: el amueblado es antiguo y no hay absolutamente NADA en la casa. No hay ni siquiera cosas de limpiar, no esperéis escoba, fregona, detergentes, fairy, valleta, estropajo... Una mejor limpieza por parte de los alquilados sería mejor con este tipo de instrumentos básicos de limpieza. Por otro lado, tampoco esperéis mucho menaje de cocina ni aceite o sal, o cualquier apaño como especias, café o cosas que se suelen dejar en este tipo de casas de alquiler. En el apartado de higiene, también es un suspenso en cuanto a dejar papel higiénico, jabón, bolsas de basura o cosas de ese estilo. Cuando quiero decir que no hay NADA es NADA.
Además, cobran un suplemento de 15€ por persona si quieres disponer de lo básico como toallas de ducha y sábanas para no tener que dormir encima del colchón. En una casa que nos ha costado 30€ por noche a cada uno la verdad que deja que desear (y lo de toallas incluye a las toallas de manos de los baños).
En el apartado de vecinos, si excluimos el hecho de que la primera noche una vecina nos amenazó con denunciarnos a las 21:30, el resto de noches no ha habido problemas. En este epígrafe también incluyo el hecho de que debíamos de abandonar la casa a las 10 y a las 9 ya había gente que se metió en la casa (nosotros no escuchamos que se llamara al timbre), en concreto una limpiadora y el jardinero, un hecho que mejoraría.
Por último, al recoger las llaves se nos dejó entender que al no ser la casa de nuestra propiedad la agencia podía autorizar la entrada a la policía o entrar ellos mismos, esto es mentira y conviene recordar el artículo 18.2 de la Constitución, que dice que sólo se puede entrar a un domicilio:
-Con consentimiento de su titular (en este caso los alquilados)
-En caso de flagrante delito (poner la música alta no lo es)
-Con autorización judicial
Un apartamento turístico durante el tiempo que está alquilado hace las veces de domicilio a ojos de la ley.
Por lo demás, la estancia muy cómoda y hemos pasado muy buenos días.
