420(outside) and pet friendly in quite neighborhood. Walking distance to parks, trails, shops, and food. Street parking and close to interstate and major roads in north Springs. This is a guest suite on our garden level with a separate entrance and 5 steps down. Shared kitchenette, washer/dryer, and bathroom with two other long term tenants. Briargate trail 5 min. walk from the front door. 10 min. drive to long bike trail to downtown starting at Criterium Bike shop/rental. 15 mins. to Air Force Academy, 16 mins to Downtown Colorado Springs, 20 mins to Memorial Park, 22 mins to Garden of the Gods, 24 mins to Red Rocks Open Space, 25 mins to Manitou Springs, 43 mins to Castle Rock, 1 hr 15 mins to Denver.
