Completely renovated by a renowned architect and with noble materials, the house extends over three levels. On the ground floor, the living room with American kitchen. On each floor a room with toilet and bathroom uniquely decorated.



The places are very quiet because the house is located on a small pedestrian square, lined with flowers where there is very little passage.



This unique location is certainly one of the most sought after places in Cannes. Many people are astonished by so much privacy in such a central location. Access to the house is very easy, even ladies with heels will appreciate!



The location is ideal for the congress because 2 minutes walk is enough to reach the Palais des Festivals. Ideal also for vacation as the restaurants, the croisette and its famous beaches are a 1 minute walk away.

Great Stay ! Would definitely recommend it !

I recently stayed here for the first time during the MIPCOM market that is held annually in Cannes and this place was definitely a pleasant surprise. I could not imagine that Cannes had such a beautiful and peace place in the heart of the city. The rooms are very spacious and have a very arty feel. It is beautiful, clean, very quiet and so close to the palais. The manager/owner of this place is wonderful and always goes the extra smile to take care of us. I will come back next year !

Loved the location in the old town.

This is a walking street so pack light. The apartment is literally 4 stories with a very small living/dining/kitchen on the first floor. Somehow like a boat. It's on a square so you will have tours from time to time right outside your door. There is no view but if want close to everything this is great. But it's up and down stairs, inside and out. We stayed 4 nights and during that time we had internet on and off, tv never worked and no instructions as to how it worked. Several lights were out in the stairwell and in the first floor bedroom. There was a most unpleasant septic/sewage smell in the top floor bedroom so my girls decided to close it off and sleep together in the 2nd floor bedroom. We literally were never there except to sleep as there is so much to enjoy about Cannes and the surrounding areas.

It is located in the best part of Cannes - just behind the famous Carlton hotel It is the ideal place for families with up to 2 kids, whi wish to explore Cannes (or just to relax on the wonderful beach).

Fantastic house with a great location

My family and I stayed at this house last week. The description of the listing was accurate; it was clean, and centrally located to the old part of Cannes. The owner (Clause) and his property manager were extremely helpful and prompt. I would strongly recommend this house if you are planning to stay in Cannes area.

Beautifully decorated and conveniently located right in the heart of Cannes old town. Well equipped apartment. Owner was attentive. Only negative was 200 euro up-charge for sheets and towels, not mentioned until after booking, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Hello, The sheet and towels are optional. If you need them, we rent them from a specialized company that charged 30 euros / person for a full set of beddings + two towels.

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice house. The location is just perfect as you can easily walk were ever you wish to go, shopping, restaurants, beaches, the old town, train station, buses, everything just around the corner so to speak the house is just as shown on the picture and its very clean. I highly recommend this if you want to be in the middle of everything and to be in peace at the same time.

I absolutely loved staying in this house, it felt like home. It was very clean and had all the necessary things we needed. The location is ideal and the lady that welcomed us was really lovely and accommodating. Fabulous location in the the heart of Cannes

The bedrooms were lovely, perfectly clean, the lady Eva who met us on arrival was very nice. The location is brilliant, so quiet yet in the centre of the pedestrianized area. (you can only access the house by foot and several steps)

Great location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful spotless house tastefully decorated and well equipped. We felt very welcomed, he was very helpful, explained everything in detail to us and made excellent restaurant and attraction recommendations. What a wonderful surprise to find such a lovely house in Cannes. The location is perfect. The house was absolutely charming and very clean. There is a little terrace off the bedroom, which is just divine. The host was lovely, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.
