Large and friendly villa of 220m2 with a garden of 2000m2 located 300m from the lake (spot kitesurf) and 100m of bike paths that will take you to the ocean and the dune pilat for the bravest.
Close to everything by car: 5 mn shops, 10 mn ocean & golf biscarrosse, 35 mn Arcachon & dune pilat, 45 mn Cap ferret (car + boat), 40mn Aquapark and zoo the test of buch
