A fabulous 180 degree view of the sea for this air-conditioned villa of 160m2 with heated swimming pool, on an enclosed plot with trees of 3000m2. An ideal location both calm and close to the famous beaches of Pampelonne!
The property is located 20 minutes from St Tropez by car, just outside Cavalaire-sur-Mer, on the heights of the Domaine de l'Eau Blanche hill, 5 minutes by car from shops, restaurants, beaches and an equestrian center.
This renovated villa, very tastefully decorated, offers you 1 equipped kitchen open to a large sea view lounge, 4 large bedrooms each with their large wardrobe (2 sea view and 2 hill view) and each with their 160cm bed. One of the bedrooms has a TV.
3 bathrooms (one with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet - another with double sink and shower - the last with single sink and bath) and 1 separate toilet.

Beautiful villa with a stunning sea view

We spent two weeks in Sophie's beautiful villa and had a wonderful family vacation. Sophie is a great host and Fatima who welcomed us was lovely and helped us with whatever we needed. The villa was very clean and is equipped with everything you need. The view is extraordinary! Many thanks dear Sophie, we hope to be back soon.

Villa Juacanos is the place to stay in Cavalaire!

We spent a week in Cavalaire and had the most amazing experience at Villa Juacanos! Never wanted to leave the house :) Not only are the views amazing, but the house is clean and well updated. Sophie was quick to respond to any need that arose during our stay and incredibly friendly. I can not say enough good things about this rental- hands down 5 stars. Would definitely stay again!

Your Own Personal Resort

This wonderful property is not just a villa, it is your own personal resort! Furnished in stunning modern style, capturing the essence of the St Tropez peninsula, this property offers large and comfortably furnished internal living areas. It is fully Air-conditioned. Externally, the views are amazing - we will never forget them - even better than in the pictures! To really enjoy those views, there are numerous external seating, lounging and eating areas on the terrace around the pool. Communication with the owner was easy and provided us with many additional tips to ensure we really got the most out of our time in Cavalaire. The house was very clean and well equipped with quality linens and appliances. Definitely not the usual Villa for rent. We would go back tomorrow!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man benötigt zwar ein Auto, um in den Ort zu gelangen, die wunderschöne Aussicht und die Ruhe hat uns aber entschädigt.

Magnifique villa...

La villa est magnifique tout comme la vue sur la mer qui nous a subjuguée chaque jour. La décoration intérieure est faite avec beaucoup de goût. L'équipement est plus que suffisant.Sophie la propriétaire a pensé à tout pour que nous ne manquions de rien, que ce soit au niveau du linge qu'au niveau des équipements et ustensiles de cuisine. Le tout de très bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié le calme et l'intimité de la villa qui n'a aucun vis à vis.La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Lors de quelques "petits couacs", Sophie s'est montrée réactive et nous l'en remercions.

Wunderschöne Villa mit fantastischer Aussicht

Das Haus liegt hoch über Cavalaire sur mer. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Touren. Das Haus selbst ist toll eingeteilt, zwei Schlafzimmer haben einen Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Der Essplatz/Wintergarten mit großer Glasfront bietet ebenfalls den freien Blick auf das Meer, sowie die Terasse und den Pool. Das gesamte Grundtück ist umzäunt und bietet eine herrliche Alleinlage. Die Küche und der restliche Haushalt sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein entspannter Ort für einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Danke an Sophie und Fatima, auf bald!!

Breathtaking view

Very nice single story house with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 and a 1/2 bathrooms and wel equipped kitchen. Beautiful large terrace with an 'island-like' view over the Mediterranean sea and the lush green hills with a pool(8x4). It is a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. A lot of privacy. The beach is a few minutes by car. The owner is very communicative and quickly responding. We had a perfect stay.
