Located in a private residence with caretaker and communal pool, this fully renovated holiday home is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful Benoit beach, in La Baule, in the area of major hotels.
The house is composed of:
- a living room with sofa bed, flat screen tv
- an equipped kitchen, opened on the stay (dishwasher, furnace, microwaves, refrigerator, plates of baking, hood ..)
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a double bed)
- bathroom with bath / shower and washbasin
- separate toilet.
- an enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.
You also have a private parking space.
For your leisure, you will find near the equestrian center, tennis, beach clubs for children, thalasso, casino La Baule, and the charming port of Pouliguen with restaurants, shops and market.
