Beautiful bright apartment of 75 m2 located in the heart of downtown Porto Vecchio (citadel), quiet and peaceful location. Located on the second floor without elevator. Composed of a spacious living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the second with 4 90cm beds. Several storage spaces available. A bathroom with shower and double sink and separate toilet. Sunny balcony with sea view.
Private parking space available (essential because pedestrian city center).
Apartment close to all amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, Via Notes nightclub less than 2km.

Ideal for a family with children but also for a festive stay with friends.
Accepted animals.

Hébergement très bien situé, proche des ruelles animées de Porto Vecchio. Belle vue depuis le balcon, séjour très agréable, cuisine bien équipée, lits confortables. Un effort à faire pour la cabine de douche, ou la barre et le pommeau de douche étaient défaillants.

Fijn appartement in hartje Porto Vecchii

Het appartement heeft alle apparatuur die we nodig hadden, zelfs koeltassen en een koelbox waren beschikbaar voor het dagje naar de Lavezzi eilanden. Enig minpunt: de bereikbaarheid. Je moet 7 trappen op voor je er bent. Geen lift aanwezig. Voor ons geen probleem maar kan me voorstellen dat dit soms toch best zwaar is. Snelle en fijne communicatie met Nathalie gehad, heeft ons goed geholpen

super emplacement

Appartement très bien situé à 2min à pied du centre historique de la ville et disposant d'un balcon donnant vue sur mer. Nous avons même eu droit à un petit cadeau à notre arrivée. A noter qu'un immeuble est en construction en face du logement et que les travaux font du bruit en semaine.

Untergegangenes Apartment mit toller Lage und eigenem Parkplatz

Pro: Exzellente Lage, gute Ausstattung, reibungslose Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, eigener Parkplatz (durch die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt sehr wichtig). Kontra: Klimaanlage gibt es nur in einer Ecke des Wohnzimmers und diese hat nicht funktioniert - im Sommer wird es sehr warm. Die Fenster konnte man auch nicht öffnen, da es draußen voller Insekten war. Außerdem war die Dusche kaputt und das Klo kippelte (bei schweren Personen sehr instabil). Es riecht auch sehr nach Zigarettenrauch, dadurch dass die Wohnung raucherfreundlich ist.

Si je n’ai pas l’information impossible de faire la réparation pour la Clim le locataire d’après me l’a signalé 1 h après réparation effectuée !!!!! Les bêtes s’appellent des moustiques et il existe des prises une fois de plus il suffit de demander !!!!! Pour les toilettes je vais désormais préciser un poids limite !!!!!!

We hadden een leuk appartement die gezellig ingericht is. Het uitzicht is heel mooi zoals op de foto’s is te zien. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en de host is super aardig en reageert heel snel op al je vragen. De beveiligde parkeerplaats was heel handig 😊 Het centrum is om de hoek en heeft leuke winkeltjes en bars/restaurants Het appartement is een hele leuke plek om Porto Vecchio te bekijken. Echt een aanrader!

Appartement charmant et stratégique

L’appartement est charmant, idéal pour visiter Porto-Vecchio, il est très bien situé, il est au coeur de la ville, tout en étant au calme. Il ne manque rien dans l’équipement, qui est vraiment complet. Par ailleurs, la propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et nous a donné de bons conseils. Un endroit à recommander.

Au cœur de Porto-Vecchio

L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de visiter toute la ville à pied ou de prendre la voiture et visiter les superbes plages du sud de la Corse (palombaggia , santa Giulia..) Plusieurs restaurant et commerces sont situés aux alentours. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est très bien équipé pour rester plusieurs jours pour une famille de 4 ou 6 personnes Les commandités de base et plus encore pour cuisiner sont amplement disponibles. Dans le balcon , il y a une magnifique vue sur le port. De manière générale, l'appartement est très propre, tranquille. Ce que nous avons particulierement apprécié de cet endroit est sa localisation. De plus le parking est compris dans le prix et il est indispensable à Porto-vechio Nous avons grandement apprécié l'accueil et la rapidité des communications avec Nathalie. L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de Porto-vecchio et nous a permis de se promener dans la ville sans prendre la voiture, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
