4 bedroom plus modern, large and comfortable sleeper couch. Newly remodeled home accommodates 12+ guests. Beautiful hardwood floors, 2 fireplaces (1 stone), 4,000 sq. ft. living area. Beautiful 1500 sq. ft. barbecue deck with abundant deck furniture, 1 gas grill, 1 charcoal grill. Sun room. Hot tub and infrared sauna!

Beautiful gourmet kitchen loaded with all the appliances for cooking large meals. Double oven. Lots of counter space. Fully furnished with all cooking utensils, cutlery and cooking needs.

This is a beautiful home with a view that is impossible to beat. And we have evening visits from 4-14 deer nightly!Only item to note is that there is one bedroom downstairs and the larger ones upstairs. But it is well worth renting! We were there for a full month and never tired of it.Any question was handled immediately and no problems in any way. Beautiful property!!

Absolutely beautiful property! Very kind and responsive hosts!!! Beautiful view, comfy beds… loved every minute there!!! We did whitewater mountains for zip lining and flying pig for white water rafting, horse riding,and fly fishing and would highly recommend doing as much as you can!!! Walked Main Street in Bozeman which was anwesome for shopping and eating , and checked out old glory, grizzly and wolf center, and mammoth springs in Yellowstone and saw so so many animals on the way there and back! We enjoyed a morning in Yellowstone springs too where we did cold plunge and enjoyed the hot springs!!! Everything was perfect! Regarding the house, we LOVED the scenery, the comfort, the random animals that would show up, the hot tub.. the list goes on. I love this place! And it’s in the middle of everything… an hour from Bozeman, 30 min from Gardnier where the adventure things are and the entrance to Yellowstone… what an awesome week we had here!

Everything about this home was perfect! Incredible views, hot tub and sauna on the huge deck, under stars at night and endless mountain peaks for miles and miles. Inside the home was immaculate with great attention to detail. Kitchen is a dream if you cook, I absolutely loved the extensive library (poetry lover), the great room and the family room. The view from every window is fantastic. Mostly the peaceful atmosphere and quiet of the neighborhood was much appreciated. Communication from the host was excellent. Look no further if you want convenience to Yellowstone north entrance and surrounding ares like Gardiner, Livingston & Bozeman. A must-do - dine at the Old Saloon and drinks at the Grill at Sage Lodge.

Perfect sanctuary for a girls trip

This house is magic. The location is stunning and it's the perfect distance in between Bozeman and Yellowstone. The Chico hot springs are the perfect place to reset and I've never seen so many stars from the back deck. I hope to be back soon. Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time!!. We stayed for a week while we visited YNP. The house was perfect for our family and it had everything we could possibly need. The views were spectacular and we were visited by deer every night. The hot tub was a huge hit for our family!! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The restaurants in Emigrant were very good. We would highly recommend staying here!! We stayed with our 5 adult children and it was perfect. Loved our stay and loved visiting YNP.

The pictures do not do justice. This place is extremely clean, with soft sheets and towels! Easy access to the north entrance of Yellowstone and of course the hot tub and sauna were wonderful! A must if you are staying in paradise valley!

Magnificent Views, Quiet and Comfortable

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed themselves, house was great, hot tub, sauna, deck, fire pit, grassy play area were big pluses. Visits to the park, whitewater rafting, pine creek hiking, Chico hot springs, and meals in Livingston all within easy reach. You can get just about everything you need in the store in Emigrant.

Amazing Views

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. We had eight family members and there was room for all. Would stay again as there are a limited number of houses available in the area with ample space for a largish party. Kids loved the games, hot tub and foosball game.

This home was wonderful for our big family!!! The view from the back porch is absolutely stunning. The host was an excellent communicator and always responded quickly. The home is beautiful inside and out with everything you could possibly need. I would recommend this home without hesitation!!!
