Welcome to your family’s home away from home in beautiful Santa Cruz! This spacious house is designed for relaxation and adventure, offering the best of both worlds: your very own private pool and easy access to one of the area’s most family-friendly beaches.



The main floor features a cozy living room overlooking the pool, a fully stocked kitchen for family meals, a dining area perfect for gathering, and a bathroom for convenience. With high-speed satellite internet, everyone can stay connected—whether it’s for streaming movies, remote work, or a quick check-in with friends back home.



Upstairs, you’ll find 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, while the fourth is set up with 3 single beds, perfect for kids or cousins who love a sleepover vibe. Each room comes with air conditioning and fans, and the views range from the quiet park across the street to the sparkling pool in the backyard.



Just a short walk away, you’ll find Santa Cruz Park, home to the lively Saturday Organic Market and Café Huatulco, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the marina. A couple blocks further is the national park, ideal for exploring nature together as a family. And when you’re ready for the beach, Santa Cruz Bay is waiting—calm, sheltered, and perfect for swimming with little ones.

Guest Access:

You will have access to entire house & the back yard pool area. The pool is approximately 5m by 2m with a depth of 1.2m.



A car isn't really required as most things are within walking distance or a very short taxi ride. However gated parking is available if you need it.



The Neighborhood:

Santa Cruz beach and the nearby marina, park and restaurants is the heart of Huatulco & is only a 10 min walk away. No need for a car, most things are in walking distance or a quick taxi ride away.



Getting Around:

Taxi's are affordable and plentiful, most fares are between 35 and 70 pesos. Its generally less then a 10 min ride to get to Crucecita or some of the other numerous beaches that you can explore.

All 4 bedrooms are up one flight of stairs.

As we are not always personally in Huatulco, we prefer to interact vía the app as we can generally solve any requests quicker that way. Of course when we are in Huatulco we are happy to respond in person.
