Emerald Shores Villa is a fully furnished, exquisite view vacation rental home with nearly 4,000 square feet to enjoy on your next vacation! Sleeping up to 16 guests, this home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations, large groups of family or friends, and even business retreats. Emerald Shores Villa is six bedrooms, four bathrooms with two king size beds, three queen size beds, and a “dorm room” on the lower with six twin beds and another queen size bed.

Emerald Shores Villa has everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home, including a backyard paradise, a screened porch with a dining table that seats eight, a bar that can sit six people, two living areas, two fireplaces, a barbecue grill, nine TVs throughout the home, washer and dryer and much more! We also provide internet and cable access for our guests. With this vast array of space, and all of the above mentioned amenities, you can’t find a better place for your family and friends to vacation!

Graduation Gathering

We enjoyed our stay! There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our family and extended family to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view of the lake is beautiful and relaxing from the screened-in porch. The home exceeded our expectations.

golf trip

House worked out well for our trip. The neighborhood takes a lot of turns to get in and out. Easy access to the lake from the house. Nice fire pit. For a guys golf trip, the max the house could probably handle is 10-12 since the main bedrooms are expected to hold two people in the same bed. The multi bed room worked out, but probably more appropriate for kids vs a bunch of old guys like us.

Wonderful home with lots of beds on the lake

Tons of comfortable places to sleep. Nice open living areas for our large group. Home is stocked full of all the utensils, serveware and cookware you could ever need! Very clean. We are very happy with our stay and would stay there again!

Twenty Second Annual Reunion of College Friends beyond 65+

Perfect place for 6 guys to hang out and catch up with an outstanding kitchen for preparing meals. We like to cook and eat well. View of lake and location in general was perfect.

Linda and Richard Swalve first met at a lake resort in California in the 1990s. They've been a team in business, and for life ever since. Having been married for 34 years and counting, they now have three grown children, and six grandchildren.

In 2012 they fell in love all over again, but this time with the beautiful Ozarks region that they now call home. They purchased their home in Northwest Arkansas in 2012, and in the past eight years, they have been acquiring both long term, and short term rentals in the area.

Richard and Linda enjoy traveling for work, and pleasure. Their passion, first-hand knowledge, and personal experience is the driving force behind the care, attention to detail, and guest experience at all five Swalve Properties vacation rental homes. The goal is simple, to create the best vacation experience possible for their guests.
