Absolute tranquillity at Mas du Perigoulier, located on a 1-hectare plot. Less than 10 minutes' walk from the Spar supermarket, this Mas offers all the charm of traditional Provençal houses!
On the ground floor:
- a functional kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, equipped with dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric oven, microwave
- a warm living room with direct access to the terrace
- a master suite with air conditioning, a large double bed (180x200), a fully renovated bathroom, a small TV lounge with sofa bed
- separate toilet
- a technical room near the kitchen (external access), with washing machine and American fridge
Access to the floor is via an external staircase:
- 2 beautiful double rooms in a row with air conditioning between them (bed dimensions: 1 double 180x200, 2 single 120x190) share a bathroom with WC, overlooking the olive grove.
Exteriors:
- a beautiful covered terrace arranged to the south with a dining area (plancha available)
- a large swimming pool (dim. 10x6, depth 1.50-2.50) and its sunbeds to enjoy the Provençal sun
- a hammock installed in the shade of the oak trees for a nap to the sound of cicadas
- an outdoor shower
- equipment available: 2 bicycles, pétanque boules, board games
You will be seduced by the serenity that reigns in this setting surrounded by typically Provençal essences such as oak trees, pine trees and olive trees.
Supplements to be planned:
End of stay cleaning is mandatory, an intermediate cleaning can be considered upon request.
Household linen is optional (2 towels, sheets and kitchen cloths) and pool towel
