No WIFI available. Awarded "Certificate of Excellence" - 3 minutes walk to the beach and central to all amenities. 7 New Esplanade Court has this and more. Stunningly refurbished, this ground floor, south facing apartment can sleep a family up to 5. MAXIMUM 3 ADULTS. Suitable for young families and couples. One large family bedroom has a double bed and a triple bunk bed. Wardrobe and storage space. Modern family bathroom with over bath electric shower. Bright colourful easy use kitchen and dining area. Lounge area with TV and easy pull out double sofa bed. High chair is not provided and no cot.
Through the double patio doors onto a secure patio area with table and chairs. There is an allocated free parking space for one vehicle through the secure barrier entry system.
For use of guests staying at the apartment, full use can be had of the heated outdoor pool (closed between Oct to May) with magnificent palm trees in the garden. This is a gated locked garden for residents/guests only.
Within 3 minutes you can be on the beach and Paignton Pier, donkey rides and children's playgrounds. Further along the sea front is the Harbour and delightful views across the bay. Take a small journey to Goodrington and spend a day at Splashdown Water Park and float in the Swanboats. Visit the fishing and pirate mecca of Brixham, or the calm and sedate life of Cockington Village. A delightful and chocolate box image of thatched cottages, horse and carriage and cream teas.
Golf, fishing, Go-Karts, cycling, Paignton Zoo - and lots more. Evening brings the theatres and romantic boat trips around the bay.
You don't need a car - train station, bus stops, road train, steam train, ferries - all to help you enjoy your wonderful holiday.
Bed linen / towels are provided, but only for personal bathroom use. Towels for swimming pool and beach are NOT provided, so you will need to bring those with you, together with tea towels.

The property is in an excellent location, situated right in the heart of town. The apartment has everything needed for a self-catering holiday. My husband and I took our Granddaughter, who’s 6, she was in her element with the swimming pool outside and the beach just across the road.

Fantastic stay!

Apartment was wonderful, brilliant location close to all leisures that paignton has to offer. Very colourful decor which was fabulous, comfortable sleep and great bathroom. Everything was very clean and lovely welcome gift on arrival. Checking in and arrival was very easy.I had pre discussions with the property manger before we arrived, the lovely host went above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you so much for everything!Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed here many times, location is fantastic, apartment is spacious, very clean, lovely little garden which is a sun trap, owner is a delightful lady, wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend staying there

Fabulous location

The apartment was opposite the beach, you have your own parking spot free, there is a heated outdoor pool. We all had a great time, there was everything you needed. The kids would have liked WiFi but we managed. We left our floats for the next guests.

Nice Apartment near Sea Front

Love esplanade court

Not my first time at esplanade court but my first time at 57. We love the complex as its right by the beach and has an outdoor heated pool, that's why we come back again and again. Apartment was spotless, everything needed was provided, apart from a hairdryer. Do not have anything negative to write. Will visit again hopefully.

Fabulous

This was our second stay at no:7. The last being 7 years ago. We enjoyed ourselves just as much the second time around. Perfectly located, with the added bonus of use of the heated outdoor pool. The terrace is a fabulous sun trap, and the flat is well equipped for a family. Lots of local attractions and activities are available. A suggestion to improve the flat would be a blackout curtain in the bedroom, as the sun floods in. We did not want to leave on our checking out day, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accomodation-central location.

We were really pleased with this accommodation. Not only did we get a lovely cream tea on the table when we arrived which was lovely but it was really clean, modern and had everything you could need, such as cooking utensils, a few towels and even a hoover, brush etc. It was comfortable and spacious. The pool was amazing- it was warm and most of the time had it to ourselves. The little garden area was great too, as you could dry your clothes, it also had a table you could sit at and eat. My little boy liked to play in this little area whilst I cooked tea. I didn't have any problems whilst there but when booking host was quick to reply. It was so close to everything, just over the road from the pier and park. Would definitely stay again.

Pool is a great asset and easy access to beach and town.

Had a great time as a family, apartment is well equipped and good sized family room for all four of us to sleep. Good spot for discovering the area.

Perfect Location

Easy to book with great communication. Property is in a brilliant location so close to the pier and the centre but tucked away and in a quiet area. It was clean and well resourced. The swimming pool is a huge bonus. Will go again.

Well deserved break.

We had a lovely time, it was home away from home. The boys loved it there so much there were tears on our leaving day 😊. Pool on site was icing on the cake. Only trouble was bedroom was very warm at night, some fans would be lovely. Thank you Glenda.

tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, gern zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft liegt strandnah in zweiter Reihe und dennoch sehr ruhig. Supermarkt, Pubs, Bushaltestelle...alles innhalb 6 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir möchten uns für die schöne Unterkunft und sehr gute Betreuung bedanken. Wir können dieses Objekt gern weiterempfehlen.

What a fantastic accommodation. It was nicely furnished a well maintained property and cleaned to a very high standard. All amenities are on the door step.
