Spacious two-bedroom retreat in the heart of Canmore

Beautiful and spacious two bedroom condo with two full washrooms.
Centrally located -short walk to downtown Canmore and 15min drive to Banff National Park.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and outdoor patio.
Large heated pool and 2 hot tubs are open all year and until 10pm daily (it is closed in temperatures below -25C). Perfect for after a day of hiking, sightseeing, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, skating, or golfing!

Wifi available in the suite as well as flat screen TVs in livingroom and both bedrooms. Cable TV and DVD player in livingroom.
Fully equipped fitness centre is open to guests 16 and older from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. as well as bike and ski lockers (must bring your own lock).
Five minute walk to downtown Canmore and 15 minutes drive to Banff national park.

Cook out in the outdoor BBQ area and courtyard.

Amazing views. Beautiful place. Unfortunately wr were too busy throughput weekend and were not able to fully utilize the amenities like the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again. Parking was only challenging part of our stay. Overall though an excellent experience

Perfect Canmore Condo

My 3 siblings and I shared this very clean, comfortable condo for a week of family and fun outings in Banff and Canmore.Our host, Kary, was easy to communicate with, before and during our arrival. She immediately ordered a new coffeemaker when she learned the previous one wasn’t working. We really appreciated her quick resolution. The condo has a great kitchen, is equipped well, and the beds were very comfy. Space was fine, even when 5 other relatives dropped by. Garage parking was easy and much appreciated. No complaints, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!!

Dirty and aged

We have stayed at the Blackstone Lodge many times and love the venue, location and amenities. This was our first time in this unit and it will be our last. The beds were dirty upon check in. Stained sheets with hair all over the place. The furniture is dated and well past its best before date. Some furniture (chairs in living room and kitchen table) are about to fall apart. The host was quick to respond but the cleaning company could not arrive until next day after we had already changed the sheets ourselves. Next time we go to Canmore we'll go back to our regular unit (if it's available) or book directly with the hotel.

All of our linens are professionally cleaned after every checkout. Our housekeeping team also offered to address the concern the same evening, but the guests declined. Additionally, we have never received complaints about our furniture in the past.

Beautiful condo, we watched the sun set behind the mountains from the spacious balcony each night. Great communication with the owner who answered all my questions before we arrived. We will book here again.

Relaxation

We arrived at the property at 4:00 (which was check in time). Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned and was in fact filthy. I was able to connect with the property manager and very quickly a cleaning crew of 3 people arrived. We had booked the hot tub for 5:30 and got what we needed out of our luggage and changed in the change rooms that are provided. We were back in the room at 6:00 and it had been cleaned. While it was a bit disappointing to not arrive to a freshly cleaned unit, the cleaning crew were amazing and I found the property manager responded quickly. Overall this is a very nice unit.
