Charming, spacious 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bathroom Gulf front unit with spectacular ocean views. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from your private 17 foot balcony. Take long walks on the white powdery sand, or sit out and enjoy views from the heated pool. You will be minutes away from many attractions, including John's Pass and Boardwalk, water park, mini-golfing, Calidisi island, fishing, boating, water adventures, restaurants and bars. Enjoy the evolution of Florida's Gulf history while you drive up and down Gulf Blvd with your personal car, or while riding the trolley bus.

Two Queen size beds located in master bedroom with large walk in closet complete with dryer for wet suits and towels. Custom Crate and Barrel Queen Slipcovered Sleeper Sofa And matching twin sleeper present in large living area. . Pack and play with mattress, high chair and stroller available upon request.
Enjoy complimentary wifi and cable . Televisions located in both living area and bedroom. DVD player and board games as well as books from several authors present. Beach Chairs and sand toys located in walk-in closet. Iron and Board also located there. Many beach towels for your family available. Just pack your toothbrush and come to the beach for a wonderful relaxing vacation. *note to our loyal, repeat guests and new inquirers alike: the elevator is up and running!

The Condo is very nice the balcony spectacular views...was a little confused when arriving lock box on bottom of hall entry hand rail to get door key..the key pad on door doesnt work with code given..only lockbox...construction is getting close to being done but a nother month or so of 7am loud noise was a bit dissapointing...that will be done soon .. the place is a great quiet area walkable to a few restaraunts...beach is beautiful...pool just ok kinda of odd location...but overall a awesome condo ...with a woderful view and very well stocked with mostvanything ypu need
