This is very family comfortable. The house is close to the beach with easy access.
The excellent location means no car is needed, with several restaurants, waterfront dining options, Newport Pier, and a grocery store all within walking or biking distance. Local transportation is also readily available. Please note there is home construction noise in neighborhood
