Ideally located on the beach of Bonne Source in Pornichet on the tip of the Bec (customs trail) - nice small very bright house of 52 M2 with garden of 55m2, one-storey facing the sea located 5 meters from the beach and touching the Thalasso des Turrets. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the care of the Thalasso. Refurbished, 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140x200 and 1 bed 90x190, fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for a couple with a child. No internet unless you have mini box.
A note: Located 600 m from the Market Square and shops in the city center, 2 km from the Gare de Pornichet, 4 km from La Baule.

On the waterfront

Great location, fantastic views, we managed to park our car not very far from the house. There could have been more utilities, like extra toilet paper, and the garden could be more well kepted. Otherwise, great stay, the kids loved it.

Une super petite location avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans ! Et une vue mer incroyable, l’un des plus beau coin de pornichet avec sa corniche, la belle balade sur le front de mer, les petites criques & les commerces de proximité ! Rien a dire, a part quelques difficultés pour se garer …mais une vue mer comme celle ci le vaut bien ! Balade en vélo ++

Plages magnifiques

Rien à redire sur la location. Lieu parfait. Plage magnifie et à l'écart de la baie bitumée tout en étant proche des commerces (on peut aisément se passer de voiture). Il faut toutefois s'habituer au passages des joggers et passant.e.s - ce qui n'est pas très compliqué - car l'été, Pornichet est prisé. Petite mauvaise surprise avec château de Thalasso avoisinant la propriété. Il y a eu 3 concerts (deux doux et à des horaires tout à fait corrects le WE) mais le 3ème a été avec DJ de 18h à 22h le vendredi soir. Etant car cela ne correspond pas vraiment à la clientèle. Cela est sans doute ponctuel. La plage est parfaite notamment quand on a des enfants !

Petite propriété suffisante pour 3 personnes. Le côté jardin pourrait être amélioré. Emplacement de choix. Problème : le stationnement mais c'était précisé sur l'annonce. Bon séjour.
