This four bedroom townhouse sleeps a maximum of 10 -11 persons; the master bedroom has a King sized bed and Queen futon with an ensuite bathroom with shower and soaker tub, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed, the third bedroom has a Double over Double bunks and Single over Single Bunks, bedroom four has a Queen Bed and Single over Single bunks and a Futon. Four bathrooms means no waiting. There is a private and secure garage to lock up your bikes.
Once inside this landmark townhouse, you will notice some nice updates. What is a mountain property experience without a cozy gas fireplace, and amenities to cook a feast and sleep well for a big day?
The kitchen area features a gas stove, ample cupboard space, dishwasher and is adjacent to the dining area, deck with barbecue. The living area features a comfortable couch and two easy chairs and a cozy gas fireplace.
But truly, the best features of this home is the fantastic view of Red Mountain, and a very easy walk to all amenities; central to it all. While you do need to walk to the lifts, you can "adventure ski" back to your home away from home. Enjoy the same awesome view from the hot tub!
Other features of this property include laundry and a single garage with lots of storage, spacious layout for family and friends.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

Place was amazing and so easy to walk right to the lifts in the morning and stumble home from the ski hill at night. 10/10 would recommend this place for large groups!
Great place with lots of room for our men’s 50+ group of 7. A short 5 min walk to the Silverlode chair. Hot tub is a bit far from the front door and navigating getting into and out of the tub was difficult for some. Kitchen serving utensils could use some additions. Otherwise a great stay.
MTP was very accommodating with planning this trip during these crazy times. Checking in was easy and the property was amazing. The location is perfect for anyone riding the hill! 100 percent recommend staying here and will definitely be back!!
Great spot near base. Lots of room and well appointed.
SJ was very helpful as well.
Only problem we had was bandwidth of wifi as sometimes it was hard to get online, but everything else was great.
