This beautiful new house of 100 m2 with private pool and pool house is located in la gaude 12 km from the beaches and can accommodate 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with a terrace (2 upstairs) 2 bathrooms 2 toilets a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the dining room and living room.
An outdoor lounge and 6 sun loungers to relax, a plancha and a summer kitchen complete this superb rental.
The private car park can accommodate 3 cars with automatic gate. The garden is completely fenced and sheltered from view.

Perfect Holiday Home

We spent 11 nights and it was everything we needed. Villa was clean and modern and the outside space was perfect. Magali was a great host and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great vacation.The house, the garden, the pool and outdoor kitchen has all you need for a wonderful timeYou can easily reach the small villages in the area.Beach and mountains are nearby. A fantastic and cozy retreat

We‘ve had a very relaxing and cozy family vacation in La Gaude, a beautiful, small mountain community outside of buzzing Nice and its beautiful coast. We have really enjoyed the quietness outside the city, the coziness of our little home-away-from-home and from our kids perspective, of course the pool and garden area. Barbecue and kitchen area outside are just great, we got fresh tomatoes from our neighbors and received immediate help whenever we‘ve had a question or needed a recommendation. We‘ve found great places close to the house as well, the little village of Saint Jeannet, the patisserie Moulin de Flor and the hike up to the Baou de Saint-Jeannet.

Fantastic holiday

If you are looking for a holiday home with an undisturbed pool area, peace and quiet and a view to the mountains, then book this house. The pictures give an accurate impression of the house and garden. We enjoyed 14 days in the house. Magali welcomed us even though we arrived late at night and was very helpful throughout the stay. The house is close to shopping opportunities and it is easy and quick to get to the center of Nice by car (25-30 minutes) We would love to come again another time Lene and Marc

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht, toller Terrasse und herrlichem Pool. Sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und ideal gelegen, um die Côte d’Azur zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschön

Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Es hat alles einwandfrei von vorab Kommunikation, Buchung, Aufenthalt und vor Ort Kommunikation funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Gegend und hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.

Villa de rêve

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille avec notre bébé de 9 mois dans cette villa de rêve. Nous avons eu tout ce dont nous avions de besoin durant le séjour et l’hôte s’est montré très disponible. Coup de coeur pour la cuisine extérieure et la plancha ! Avec la vue sur les montagnes et le coucher de soleil c'était juste parfait de pouvoir dîner et cuisiner à l’extérieur. Nous recommandons cette villa qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Définitivement l’hébergement où nous avons été le plus confortable de tout notre séjour dans le sud de la France.

Wunderbares Häuschen mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Magali die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles sauber und im besten Zustand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise hat alles Super geklappt. Sehr nette Vermieterin die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat. Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Super eingerichtet.Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auch wenn das Wetter nicht optimal war aber kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und auch die Außenküche großartig. Das Grundstück ist weitestgehend sichtgeschützt und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Einziges Manko ist, dass es etwas abseits liegt und man nach Nizza und zur Autobahn relativ lange braucht.

Wie waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die drei Betten haben jeweils nur eine große Decke, was für uns nicht optimal war. Ansonsten war alles top. Gerne wieder.

Ruhig, tolle Ausstattung, schöner Außenbereich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kontakt war sehr freundlich, Fragen schnell beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man kann den Garten genießen. Bei der Ausstattung in der Küchen und Außenküche macht das Kochen Spaß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles und modernes Haus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!

Das Objekt wurde vor ca. 4 Jahren errichtet und ist sehr durchdacht. Insbesondere der abgeschlossene Parkplatz sowie die externe Aussenküche sowie der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan was einem ein gutes Gefühl gibt und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus bietet nicht nur eine sehr schöne Aussicht, sondern ist auch sehr modern und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben nicht nur den schönen Aussenbereich (Outdoorküche und Pool) genossen sondern auch sehr gut geschlafen.
