The house was great. Homeowners collection was great. Everything was good until the guy across the street was allowed to have a barcater his party in the street. The bar set up a tent with an actual bar and barstools in his driveway and part of the street. It was unbelievable.Started their loud music at 5:00 and didn’t stop until 1am.The bar left about 11pm. But the idiot kept loudly playing his truck radio until 1am.Someone either shot up in the air 3 times or it was fireworks, at 1am and I guess it scared him and he went inside, thanks to that person.Seaside council or whoever is to blame. Apparently he is allowed and approved to do this every year at this house! So don’t stay near there!!!!!!!!He did t care about any neighbors. Not sure why he couldnt just go to a bar.He is friends with the owner of that house so they won’t shut him down!!!!!Just warning other families. We were trying to watch a movie inside and could still hear the music and hollering drunks, it was packed, no social distancing lol.I love seaside, house was great and management were great, but I won’t stay on this street again. I’m just glad it was our last night because he probably carried on every night. You should be able to enjoy sitting on your porch on your vacation that you pay for without listening to that. The houses are very very close on forest,if you get a bad neighbor....
