Four of us were traveling together and had only two final nights in Rome. We wanted something a little out of the hub for a quieter stay. This place was absolutely perfect for us and we would stay there again! Mafalda is a dear who met us there and explained everything that could be confusing or not understood easily upon discovering if she hadn't been there. It was very comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed.

We loved staying here!! What made the stay even more enjoyable was having the best host you could ask for. She was very personable, made you feel so welcome with her added touches, and was willing to help with anything you needed. She even checked in to see how things were going for your stay.

What an amazing stay! The location was perfect, we walked and rode the metro to everything. Our host Mafalda was so sweet, she welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything. Can’t wait to go back!

The location was great—close to a Metro stop, grocery store, and lots of great places to eat. The food around the apartment was better than what we got in the tourist locations. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The apartment was in a great location, about 15 minute walk to the Vatican museum entrance and 25 minute walk to At Peter’s basilica. Very clean. The host was wonderful and very attentive.

We are 3 friends, that stayed for 3 nights at this property. It was the first leg of our 2 week trip to Rome, Salerno, Santorini and Athens. The property is very close to the Metro and is easy to navigate around the town. Mafalda was extremely kind and thoughtful. She met us at the property and familiarized us with the apartment. She showed us a large map that she had hand written notes of the immediate surrounding areas, including churches, restaurants and a supermarket. She provided coffee pods, a container of milk in the fridge, a few bottles of water and a few other drinks. Then on the table she had a little basket with cookies, toasts and breakfast biscuits. You can tell that she is very proud of her house and wants it to be comfortable for anyone that stays there. The air conditioners worked great! We didn’t cook, but the kitchen had all of the necessities. I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Apartment had plenty of space, well appointed in kitchen and throughout, clothes washer, dishwasher, A/C, TWO bathrooms - it was delightful ! Location is 12 minute walk to Vatican City, 3 block walk to nearby Metro stop that connected us with all major sights. There are three grocery stores in neighborhood, some restaurants, small shops. Mafalda is a gracious host and we had a great time!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Mafalda was wonderful to us. Great communication! We were very comfortable and loved the neighborhood. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It’s only a 10 min walk to the Vatican Museum. We found a wonderful restaurant called La Locanda di Pietro. Ate there twice!When we look back on this trip we will fondly remember Mafalda and her lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Rome and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.The location was extremely convenient — very close to the metro station, with many shops, cafés, fast food places, and grocery stores just a 4–5 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay or for anyone wanting to explore Rome.The manager, Mafalda, was especially helpful and welcoming. She provided excellent communication, met us upon arrival, and gave us clear and detailed instructions throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our week here and would gladly stay again. Thank you for making our visit to Rome so pleasant!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The kitchen was equipped with everything, including coffee, bottled water in the fridge, butter and jellies and coffee cake treats for breakfast. That was a special touch!!! We were so comfortable with the large size 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We felt at home. We were given maps and directions to all the famous sights and found the location to be perfect for us getting around

We had a great stay. The condo is close to everything. Mafalda explained the metro system, where we could get groceries and if needed pharmacy. Everything was within walking distance or a short ride on the metro.
