A nice size house and room about 1k sf featuring very comfortable queen size bed with fresh bedding sleeps two people in each room, with separate private restrooms & private full bath/shower inside the rooms and an additional full bathroom with jetted tub outside the room. includes towels, Wi-Fi via fast cable internet, 55" Network TV with Cast, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon & Amazon prime. Floor central air conditioning for hot days & heat for cool nights.

Room offered is the 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom of the front house in a back and front units property. There is an optional single cottage with it's own bathrooms and kitchen for an additional price please ask.

Very clean, safe & quiet surrounded by nature & beautiful panoramic hills/canyon views next to a large garden you can spot deer, birds, squirrels and share the yard only with some cool wildlife.

Originally built as a summer cottage this house holds artsy charm tucked in the gorgeous hills of Los Angeles Beverly Glen neighborhood only a few minutes drive from Westwood Village, UCLA or Beverly Hills.
