New housing, beautiful view on village and hills, 15 minutes from Nice airport. Close to sea and mountains, hiking trails, municipal tennis, many festivals in summer.
The apartment has a main room with a kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), a dining area (table and chairs) a sitting area (TV, coffee table, player DVD, convertible sofa). The separate bedroom has a double bed (160x200) that can be separated into two single beds (80x200), a dressing room. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and storage furniture.
