Just steps to The Big House (7 min walk) and all of the fun of downtown Ann Arbor (15 min walk to main street restaurants/Art Fair). Enjoy premium mattresses, TVs with various apps (Netflix, Showtime), and sleek furnishings. The large, eat-in kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The private backyard (with a grill) is great for game days! No more than one PET (dogs only) allowed at a time with a FEE.

Perfect spot for our stay!

This vrbo was the perfect size and location for our stay in Michigan visiting family and friends. The backyard was great for our dog and we were thankful for a dog friendly rental.

Great location

Comfortable place, full kitchen, loved the backyard. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Best location: walkable to stadium, downtown Main St and Central Campus. Will be back!

Loved this house!

This house is a great location and walkable to most everything for University of Michigan. We walked to restaurants and shops as well as toured the university. The house was clean and cozy. We would stay here again.

Great value, amazing location

Stayed here with my family, including my 2 year old. Great location, walking distance to a cute park/playground. Also could walk to get ice cream and a 7/11. House was very clean and the backyard was nice! Kitchen had all the essentials as well.

Ann Arbor House

This house was great for our family of 5. The location was excellent. Our youngest enjoyed a nearby park, and my older two walked 7 minutes each day to the U of M natatorium for a swim camp. The house was clean and exactly as pictured.

Comfortable house in convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. All the comforts of home!! Highlight for us was the location to walk to downtown Ann Arbor and surrounding areas, plus Allmedinger Park. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Thank you!

Warm Roomy and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed to make a short Christmas time visit. The house is clean and well-kept. It has a generously sized well-equipped kitchen, and just enough space overall to have our daughter and son-in-law over for a meal and some TV football. Dinner table seats four. The back yard has a deck, table and chairs for four and a grill.

Nice 2 bed house on a hill

The property was clean and cozy for a family with 2 kids. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus. I could also see this being a great property for a group on football game day

Light and bright

Loved this house! It was very light and bright and airy. The house was sparkling clean and had numerous thoughtful touches such as a wide range of food and toiletries, towels folded into flowers, and extra comforters. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Perfect Moms Night Away

A close friend of mine and I stayed here for a mom's weekend away and it was just lovely. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. We felt able to relax and just enjoy ourselves. Rather than staying in a hotel, we could enjoy all the comforts of a home - beautiful and efficient kitchen, room and space to relax, lovely backyard. This home is in very reasonable walking distance to downtown. We did not have to drive once during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice house in downtown ann arbor

Its a great house, located centrally to downtown Ann Arbor, plenty to see within walking distance. Only minor nitpicks that the bedrooms are small and there are a lot of steps up to the front door, otherwise the house was perfect.
