Kamaole Beach Royale #410 is centrally located to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and recreation; but many simply love to enjoy the panoramic ocean views and sunsets from the comfortable balcony. The unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need during your stay; it is tastefully decorated. There are two bedrooms and two baths, AC in the living room & guest bedroom, with ceiling fans throughout. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two Twin beds in the guest bedroom (that can be converted to a King bed upon request). There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Unit sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. Kamaole Beach Royale #410 is also equipped with beach equipment for your daily getaways. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.

Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. It has lush tropical landscaping, a swimming pool, covered, open-parking, and a rooftop pavilion to barbecue and watch breathtaking sunsets. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.
** Important Notice: This complex will undergo a support column improvement project December 17, 2023 through December 31, 2024. Guests may see construction equipment in the parking lot; noise and inconvenience should be minimal. A strict one-car parking per unit will be in effect during this time. **

Beautiful Condo in Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had a great layout with 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms. Open and spacious floor plan. Best part was the location. Nice condo in a great Kihei lication

A friend and I cane for a dive trip. The condo is in a great location for access to Kihei dive shops. The place is in great shape and has a nice view. One block off of beach park.

Amazing view!

This place is perfect! From drinking coffee on the lanai every morning listening to the waves, to the easy walk to the beach. We so enjoyed our stay here! Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet yet had everything you could need a walk away. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the apartment too. Thanks again for sharing such a great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good. Unit floors were filthy when we moved in. We tried to clean ourselves but there is no proper cleaning tools in unit. Ended up getting a mid clean after 2 weeks which we paid for out of pocket. We specifically asked for them to pay attention to floor and it was way better.Unit could use some painting in bathrooms. Living room / dining room chairs fabric liners are disintegrating and falling all over the floor

Early Christmas !

We had the best time staying her! We could walk everywhere, the beaches were amazing and it was a close drive for everything else!! We will definitely be back!
