The Perfect Beachside Retreat for Families:
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath private beach house is ideal for families, featuring:
-Private pool overlooking a large backyard, great for kids and pets to play.
-Two-story layout with separate living and eating areas and private entryways.
-Two full bathrooms, a patio area, and a large fenced-in yard.

Sleeps 7-12:
-7 people if using individual sleeping beds
-10 people if utilizing double bed occupancy
-3 additional kid beds (top bunk)
-Downstairs sleeper sofa
The main house bed configuration:
Upstairs bedroom one- 1 Queen bed
Upstairs bedroom two- 2 bunk beds Twin over full
Downstairs bedroom one- Loft bunk bed, twin over full
Downstairs bedroom two- 2 twin beds
Top bunks for only for kids

Additional Unit (Optional):
A separate unit on the property, with a queen bed, is available for rent upon request. If you don’t rent the suite, it won’t be rented to anyone else during your stay, ensuring complete privacy.

Pet-Friendly (Add on required):
We welcome pet-friendly groups with $100 non-refundable add on for the first pet and $50 for the second.
A pet agreement will need to be signed and returned after booking.

Additional Information:
-The property allows up to 4 vehicles for parking.
-We provide starter amenities. Please be prepared to provide for the duration of your trip.
-We only rent to guests 25 and older.
-A Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent once your reservation is received. It must be filled out with a government-issued photo ID emailed within 24 hours to receive the access code.

Ring Cameras for Security:
For your peace of mind, we have Ring cameras at the front of the house, the suite, and by both entrances, as well as overlooking the back gate.

Pet Rules:
-Maximum of 2 pets allowed, with prior approval and a non-refundable deposit.
-Leash rules: Pets must be leashed at all times while outside the gate. The backyard is fully fenced, so pets can roam freely within it.
-Owners must clean up after their pets. No digging holes allowed.
-No pets on furniture to avoid cleaning fees.
-All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, heartworm prevention, and fleas.

The homeowners assume no responsibility for any illness or injury to pets while on the property.
