Cozy Cove Exceeded expectations

The Cozy Cove and apartment were perfect for our two families of 8. We had four teens and four adults and everyone had their own space. The house is very clean and cozy and all the bedding, towels, and kitchen are well stocked. The kitchen is a dream to work in with upgraded appliances (any you could need) and a full cupboard (plus) of herbs and spices. And plenty of room for at least five people to work in and around. We had the master suite which offered ample privacy. Sleep was easy with the light-blocking curtains and comfy bed. And the view, gorgeous. We sat on the deck with our morning coffee nearly every morning and took in all the nature around us. It was an excellent experience - we would definitely stay at Marcella’s again.

After living across the Bay in Seldovia for nearly 3 decades while raising her 4 children and commercial salmon fishing, Marcella moved across the bay to Homer. She purchased what is now Cozy Cove Inn. While she used to live in the view (as her Seldovian friends would say) she now gets to enjoy that view along with the numerous activities Homer has to offer.
Marcella looks forward to ensuring her home exists as a comfortable place to stay while her guests get to know this superb Alaskan town.

Why they chose this property

My favorite part is the location. Up above the the main hubs of Homer. The short drive both ways is beautiful. Cozy Cove Inn feels private even though it is in a neighborhood. The lot size is 2 acres. I love the ambiance Cozy Cove offers. The kitchen is so nice with everything you could need for cooking and entertainment right down the the crystal and china. Enjoying the open spacious feeling of the great room is a nice Alaskan feel. I supply many luxury items like soaps, lotions, nice linens, essential oils, candles, and laundry supplies for the 2 washer and dryers. I think of my guests as taking a trip of a life time and it is important to make sure it turns out wonderful.
