Villadici Collection invites you to discover the farmhouse "The Crickets" and its private garden of 7. 000m² is located in front of the beach of Saint-Tugen accessible on foot (500m) in Anse du Cabestan, the most beautiful of the region, you can even see the island of Sein in good weather.
The house offers a large south-facing terrace and private and secure parking for 4 cars.
On the ground floor you will find a large and bright TV lounge and fireplace with panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a second reading and reading lounge, its second fireplace. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes this level.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms with ocean views, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with whirlpool, shower and toilet.
The center of Audierne is about 5 km and the "Pointe du Raz", the most westerly of metropolitan France is only 12 km.
A few hundred meters, passes the GR34 long coastal hiking trail that runs through Brittany.
Your Breton getaway will allow you to walk, swim, surf or simply relax in this little paradise with its breathtaking view of the ocean.

Déconnexion assurée!
Avec une vue d'une sérénité inouïe, cette longère est faite pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Grandes pièces, lits très confortables, cuisine suréquipée (sauf panier à salade!!!), et surtout proximité de la "plus belle plage du monde" ...Trez-Ar Goarem...!! Merveilleux, idyllique. Et accueil très gentil, réactif, efficace.

Très belle longère en bord d’océan
Belle longère réservée pour 10 jours en famille : le lieux et la maison ne nous ont pas déçu, bien au contraire nous avons été charmés. L’habitation est bien équipée, on se sent comme chez nous …

Ruhiges Urlaubsdomizil mit Meerblick
Tolles Ferienhaus für kleinere Gruppe oder zwei Familien mit unglaublichem Ausblick aufs Meer, schönem Strand direkt fussläufig vor der Tür und einem riesigem Garten.
Das Haus selber bietet ausreichend Platz und Komfort. Das untere Bad und die schwächelnde Internetverbindung trüben ein wenig den Gesamteindruck.
Insgesamt aber tolles Ferienhaus für bretonische Ferien fast direkt am Strand.
