About this property

A cozy and private large 1 bedroom Cottage attached to main house

The Sunflower Inn was my mother's apartment which we now rent out with love. It was built in front of the main home in order to allow for more privacy. It is close to our beautiful white sandy beaches, shopping malls and many restaurants. We are located where 2 interstates(I-10 and 110) meet which makes it quick to get anywhere including the beaches, Pace, Milton and Cantonment, Military bases, Hospitals, Shopping, Resteraunts.
There is 1 large bedroom(queen bed-), 1 bathroom, a walk in closet, full kitchen, living area (with futon for children) and dinning table. Small pets(under 20 lbs potty trained and non distructive), unless approved by me, are welcome..a small fee will be charged per pet for extra cleanup as well as a damage deposit of $100 which will be returned within 7 days of your checkout as along as nothing was destroyed.

Non smokers only. If you smoke, do not make a reservation here. I am highly allergic.

This place is amazing! Very clean and has everything you need. Wonderful neighborhood for dog walks as well. Minutes from just about anything you need and a short drive to the beach as well. The host, Tina, was amazing. Will definitely stay here again!

Tina was wonderful and very responsive. This was my first experience with VRBO and she made it easy! The cottage apartment was plenty spacious and was well stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets. Reasonable cleaning fees and no chore list!
