Welcome to 6 Modoc Lane—your perfect Sunriver retreat! This beautifully updated 5-bedroom home is full of wood and stone accents, cozy gathering spaces, and plenty of room for the whole family (plus the dog—2 max).

The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, large TV, and comfy sectional—ideal for movie night. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, and the dining area seats 10, so everyone can gather together.

Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious King Ensuite with a TV and direct access to the back deck and hot tub, a guest half bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs is a loft stocked with games and four more bedrooms: a King Ensuite with private bath, two queen-over-queen bunk rooms, and another King Ensuite with a walk-in shower. There’s also a full guest bath upstairs with a shower/tub combo.

The fun continues outside! Enjoy ping pong in the garage, fire up the grill for al fresco dining on the large back deck, or hop on one of the 5 owner bikes to explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved trails—there’s even direct access from the backyard path.

Adventure is at your doorstep: Fort Rock Park, award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, river floats, and Mt. Bachelor (just 20 miles away) make this home the perfect year-round basecamp.

My friends and I loved staying here! The large size was perfect for our group of 8, and we had so much fun riding the provided bikes, cooking in the nice big kitchen, and soaking in the hot tub. We’d definitely love to return in the future!

Great post-Christmas family gathering

We had plenty of room for all family members to have their own space and bathroom! The large dining table was perfect! Kitchen well-stocked for preparing meals. Great location and plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for a group

This property was perfect for our annual group ski and snowboard trip. We had 4 families and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom privacy with a great open living room and kitchen area for gathering together. The upstairs bonus tv area was great for a little separation at times. The jacuzzi was very nice for after snowboarding and the walking path was great for taking out the dogs. We would rent this place again,

Great Visit to Sunriver and Mt Bachelor

The rental was great! They were with us every step of the way and making sure we found everything. The house was completely equiped with everything for the kitchen with an abundance of silverware for our group. The house was spacious and even better than I expected. Huge driveway for all 4 of our vehicles. (I think we could have fit 7). 2 minutes from the store and gas station. 30 minute easy drive to Mt. Bachlor. We all loved it. Thank you for letting us use your property.

Absolutely perfect!

We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was well stocked - much appreciated. One of my pet peeves is when you pay $2,000-3,000 for a week rental with 10 people and they leave you 3 dishwasher tablets and a few pods for laundry. Clearly with a lot of people we’ll run the dishwasher more than every other day! This place was the opposite - they left plenty of everything and we didn’t run out. Very clean and they have every kitchen utensil you could think of. Nice quality and everything worked well. Already want to go back! Thank you!

Great house with lots of space.

The 3 king ensuites is amazing for couple so they can have their own bathroom and the house was so spacious for 3 couples + kids. When checking in the code wasn’t working so we spent about 30 minutes getting it in. The helpservice was great and eventually just unlocked the door. Eventually the code registered but after a 3+ hour drive with kids it was a little frustrating. In the check in message it would be great to get the Wi-Fi password (we never found it), where the hot tub key was (we spent some time digging around and found it in a pretty trivial place so that is probably on us, and maybe instructions on how to use the tv and surround since there are 3 remotes. All these things were eventually solved but we spent a few hours getting it all figured out and situated. Those are the only small (tiny?) downsides and we really enjoyed this house. If we are ever going to Sunriver we will for sure use it again!

Great House - No SHARC Passes

Loved the house, and any kitchen amenity that would be considered used daily was there (if it wasn't, they brought it over quickly). Loved the rental and the property management team. The listing wasn't too clear, until after booking, that this rental does NOT come with SHARC passes, but there is a 50% refund up to $250 for paying for the SHARC.

Great location and home

We enjoyed the size, location, and amenities of this home. It was wonderful having the bedrooms, kitchen/dining/living area, and the large garage in which to interact. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very clean. The location is outstanding. We look forward to returning.
